Great experience for any travellers, great service and unforgettable moments!
4 days trip is just about right if you don’t want to stay too long in a car but you also want to see as much as possible. We Visited Serengeti, Ngoro Ngoro and Tarengeri, all parks highly recommend and all are totally different so you won’t get bored at all! We counted more than 40 species we saw and thanks to our guide Lucas we got to know a lot about them. He was very professionally prepared and knew everything about the animals.
The food was great, the best was the hot meal during the safari, when other had lunch boxes. If you like to eat well - recommended!
If you like to get African experience choose tents - the they are cheaper but don’t expect hot water and other amenities. Take some additional snacks / drinks as you rather won’t buy them on the camping side or on the way.
Comfy cars with good view for everyone, very experienced and good driver so generally highly recommended!!!

Highly recommended!!!
We made 4 day safari of Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire NP. Our driver/guide was Bosko and chef was Ali. I can't describe how lucky we were to met them. Bosko was a really careful and good driver. He was also a knowledgeable guide doing what he could to show us all animals. Ali was our perfect chef. Every meal was on time and and were really delicious. Each day Ali suprised us with something new and we wondered how it is possible to make such things at the campiste:) These guys are the best team ,big-hearted and cheerful persons. We spent with them wonderful time.;-)
Each place we visited is diffrent, so I can't tell which is the best. I recommend to see them all and experience close contact with animals, sound of Serengeti during night at the campsite or zebras waiting just behind tents in Ngorongoro.
I would like also to thank James for fast contact, coordination of our staff during safari and everything that made our time in Tanzania unforgettable.

A magical experience with our kids
We make in August 21 a 5 days safari starting from Arusha with Affican Polecast safari (Tanrangire, Serengetti, N’Gorongoro,Manyara Lake).
Everything was very well organised from the beginning. A driver collected us at the airport the day before the safari to bring us into their recommanded hôtel in Arusha. We met our driver/guide and we can exchange in french (it was our request: to allow kids to communicate with him).
Safari starts with lots of road hours to catch the réserves but we were very well installed in thé big 4X4, very Nice and comfortable.
By chance we saw big five and so many animals during thé trip . Organisation is very well done, our driver Philbert was thé best (he explained us so many things about animals), and our cooker Ali too. We eat so many gréât food: each day a new meal and very consistent.
We chose camp versus lodges and it was a réal expérience that we can’t Forget (Cold in thé crateria and animals came around thé tent during the night). Here again you have to think about nothing as thé driver prépared our tents whine cooker is in thé kitchen.
We were very happy and we recommand James for all his attention during our trip. Everything was perfect. Don’t hésitâte! James and his colleague John (Kili guide) are very experimented guys, they will allow to have an excellent moment with and attractive price.

A great 2 day safari trip, we saw all animals we wanted to see!
We did the 2 day trip to Tarangire and Ngorongoro with African Polecat Safaris. The booking process was very straightforward, James answered all questions we had very quickly. The deposit they requested was also quite reasonable(5% via online payment). They accepted the payment in 2 different currencies, which helped us a lot. The safari itself was very thorough, we were well taken care of from the airport pick up to the accommodation and at the end airport drop off. In the safari itself, we had a very fun guide, Simba, who was always energetic and ready to explain everything. Food at the safari was delicious and we got good tips on how to save our food from the monkeys and the birds :) Really recommended!

Best inclusive safari trip
The African Polecats gave a a very inclusive and excellent Safari experience to Tarangire and Ngorongoro Cater! We loved the experience through them. Booking was quite smooth done through WhatsApp and emails even though we booked it only two days before! They are quick and responsive. We have been in was a 2 day 1 night Safari with accommodation, pick-ups from airport and a drop off!, the Safari game drive with a knowledgeable driver as guide to the parks, breakfasts, lunches and a dinner. Highly recommend going through your Safari through them. I am already recommending them friends and family.

PERFECT trip thanks to African Polecat Safaris! Trek and Safari. JOIN THEM!!
I just spent 2 fantastic weeks in Tanzania thanks to African Polecat Safari, mainly James and our crew Inno our driver/guide, Hassan our trekking guide, Michael (sorry for the likely wrong spelling) our 5**** chef, and our porters.
We felt safe and relaxed all along our trip. The whole crew took really good care of us. We felt special compared to other tourists because we had unique experiences that they didn't have the chance to live.
The communication with James and our guides was great, their professionalism was perfect, and their sympathy and hospitality extremely warm.
It was my first safari and I'll never forget it.
The food was great, every single day! The diversity, quantity, and quality! It's just impressive how they managed the logistics. We went for the camping option, and we were the only ones sleeping in a camping bed (not on the floor). What a comfort!!
If I had to go again to Tanzania (which I hope I will), I'd never waste my time checking other agencies: I'd simply African Polecat.
Thanks again to all our crew for those terrific and unforgettable holidays.
Deeply coming from my heart.

Don’t hesitate - book Safari with them!
The communication before the safari was excellent. James from the African Polecat Safari Office was great. He helped us to arrange everything.
We visited Tarangire, Manyara ,Ngorongoro and Serengeti National park. Everything from the airport pick up was great. Our guide Abu was perfect. Safari with him it was an adventure. We felt safe, he took Care about us in every detail. He helped us to see big 5. Lunches were tasty, with a tableware, wine. Car was in a good condition. Lodges where we slept were comfortable.
So if you plan to do a Safari do it with African Polecat African. They will arrange everything with you just like you wish. Big thanks guys, for a wonderful memory we have!

James is a great guy and made sure our trip was the best it could be
I just got back from a 7 day safari and it was incredible. James met me at my hotel the day I arrived and discussed the itinerary in detail. The driver/guide was Stanley and he was awesome. Stanley is a seasoned guide and is very knowledgeable about everything we saw. He also has a great personality which is important on such a long trip. Benson was our cook and was also a great guy and the food was very good. I saw and experienced everything I was hoping for and the trip was life changing. James was there at my hotel when we returned from the safari to make sure we had a great time. It was late and I wasn’t comfortable walking around Arusha to find dinner so he drove me to a great place for food and drinks. I highly recommend African Polecat Safaris. James is a great guy and won’t let you down.

African Polecat is the tops for safari in Tanzania!
Our group opted for the 2 day safari- to Lake Manyara National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. From start to finish, the service was professional and customizable. They sent a driver to pick us up at the Kilimanjaro airport and bring us to Arusha so we would be ready to start the safari early the next morning- at least a 4 hour round trip for the driver! Accommodations in Arusha were comfortable, in a safe enough area, and within walking distance to shops and food options. John, our Polecat ground-ops representative, took care to make sure we had everything we needed- including (and most importantly!) arranging for us to get Covid testing done, which we needed to be able to travel the day after the safari ended. This was above and beyond, and he was able to make this happen for us with very short notice. He also stocked the safari vehicle with plenty of water- which we found out was a necessity because the ride gets very hot and dusty in the park. (Make sure to pack sunscreen and dress for the heat!)
Our safari guide, Yusef, picked us up the next morning and took us to Lake Manyara. We saw so many different animals from a very close range- elephants, giraffes, monkeys (many different types), water Buffalo, zebras, and some interesting birds (to name a few). The only thing we missed were the tree-climbing lions. (Pro tip- ask your guide to start your day very early in the morning, if possible, to have a better chance of seeing the lions.) We opted to upgrade our experience and stay in a lodge for the overnight, and it was a very cute little property with friendly staff and a swimming pool as well. That night, Yusef took us to a local restaurant at our request- rather than eating at the lodge, as planned. (Customizable service, as mentioned!) We were very grateful for his flexibility on this!
The following morning, we got up super early (again, Yusef being so flexible with our requests!), to start our drive to the Ngorongoro Crater. We were one of the first groups through the gate, and it paid off with all the animals we got to see and experience within the crater! We saw everything from families of lions, to elephants, wildebeests, zebras, flamingos, jackals, warthogs, hippos, rhinos, cranes, and more! We had a nice picnic lunch by the hippo pool, where we could also buy ice cream, coffee, beer and other snacks (a nice surprise treat!).
Not enough can be said about our safari guide, Yusef! He was so knowledgeable on the parks and the animals, and also taught us so much about the African tribal culture and the history of the Africa nations. We learned so much and gained a lifelong friend in Yusef!
10/10 would recommend African Polecat Safaris for your Tanzanian safari! Book with them, request Yusef, and know you are in good hands!
