We planned for a Kenya safari tour about 2 months before the trip, after we did some research "Kaylan tours" is the one we chose. The tour operator (Victor) plans our program which was perfect for 4 days tour. Victor came to meet us at the hotel in the morning before we start the tour and brief all the programmes again ... with the surprise which is some gift from him. We had Alex as the driver and tour guide he was a profressional driver and had good knowledge of all about Kenya. we follow all the programs to reach our aims which were to search for the "big five" of Kenya and we did.
Overall we are happy with Kaylan Tours and so happy to give them 5 stars also highly recommend them to people who are looking for a tour in Kenya for the first time.

Trustworthy and dependable tour operator
I wanted my French in-laws to have a wonderful time. Kaylan offered reliability. We started by visiting the circuit around Sopa, Naivasha - Lake Naivasha and Hells Gate. Afterwards, Martin our French guide dropped us at Nyeri for our social visit. From there we headed to Tsavo West and East, and then wrapped it at Baobab, Diani. Martin organized the game drives with the kids in mind. I am looking forward to the next safari with Kaylan, as they offer an end-to-end safari experience!

Amazing Experience With Excellent Service!
Myself and my wife decided to go on safari for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint!
We done a 5 day tour with 2 nights in both Amboseli & Maasai Mara parks and 1 night on Lake Naivasha. Being in the parks and up close to nature is obviously the best part of the trip and we feel really lucky that we got to see every animal we’d hoped for except the illusive leopard! Ontop of that we’d booked the mid-range tour and found the accommodation/food to be really good value for our money. Even on a day that could have ended in us missing a park visit as our vehicle was damaged driving in between parks on a dirt road, turned out to be one of the best. We got quickly picked up after we’d come to a stop (luckily another Kaylan Tours jeep was only a couple of mins behind) and they dropped us off at the hotel. Our vehicle couldn’t be fixed in time for the afternoon drive so Victor quickly organized another tour guide to pick us up and take us, where we got to see lions for the first time!
Victor from start to finish was very responsive and would go out of his way to help you with any request we had. Our driver John was a lovely guy and great company during the long drives over the week.
I’m really happy we chose Kaylan Tours and thank you from us both for the unforgettable memories.
