Well organised, responds quickly to questions and excellent safari
I would recommend kaylan safaris to others. Victor replied promptly back to my queries up until the day we left and he welcomed us at our hotel on the first day to introduce our guide. We had an excellent guide in Olemantu- he had great local knowledge and showed us amazing things over the 5 days and looked after our family well. I would highly recommend a land cruiser rather than a minivan - as it can do more ‘off roading’.

Seamless and fantastic experience with Kaylan Tours.
From start to end, our experience was excellent. Victor Muema, the tour consultant was always very responsive, thorough and patient with all my many many questions. The planning of the trip went absolutely smoothly.
Our guide, Victor Kayugi, is top notch for many reasons. He is a skilled, assertive driver, but he is also very safe. He is very knowledgeable about the wildlife. His instincts are well honed. He knows when to take a chance and rush to a scene and when to patiently wait, allowing us to see rare sightings up close. He has a very accommodating and relaxed personality, making it comfortable to chat about all sorts of topics. He was willing to make changes to the schedule on the fly, depending on our needs and what might have come up unexpectedly. He is very well liked and respected by the other guides and was plugged into what was happening at the reservations. We were very impressed with Victor and highly recommend him as a guide.

Kaylan is an excellent travel agency. Victor is patient, considerate, and has a clear train of thought, with quick response times. Stephen, our driver, is experienced and hardworking. Under his guidance, we quickly spotted the animals we wanted to see. We were fortunate to choose Kaylan for this trip with our elderly and children, as it made our journey smooth and unforgettable. I will highly recommend it to all my friends.

My friend and I had a good 6-day Kenya safari trip. First of all, Victor would give clear replies to all the questions I raised in the early stage, which was very helpful for me to understand all aspects of the trip and also the reason why I chose kaylan. When we flew from the UK to Nairobi, we didn't get our luggage due to the flight delay, so we were very grateful to Jackline for helping us contact the airline and finally get our luggage.Jackline is a responsible and lovely staff ~ And our safari guide alex is very responsible and knowledgeable. He is also a good driver.The Safari trip was worth it and we were happy to choose kaylan.

Thank you to Kaylan for this excellent vacation - we were taken in charge from airport till airport. Stephen was wonderful guide who allowed us seeing all animals and other beauties' of African nature, he explained us a lot about culture and allowed us to visit everything in good rythme that enjoyed also my young son. Excellent experience with Kaylan
It's a very wonderful and excellent experience with Kaylan. Special thanks to Victor, he is very kind and patient on our all requests and needs. And our lovely guide, John, he has a very good pure sight. On the last day on Masai Mara, we met over 30 lions. During the tour, we caught up with all BIG Five. And John was too nice to took pictures of us. He is a good photographer as well.

Amazing Experience With Excellent Service!
Myself and my wife decided to go on safari for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint!
We done a 5 day tour with 2 nights in both Amboseli & Maasai Mara parks and 1 night on Lake Naivasha. Being in the parks and up close to nature is obviously the best part of the trip and we feel really lucky that we got to see every animal we’d hoped for except the illusive leopard! Ontop of that we’d booked the mid-range tour and found the accommodation/food to be really good value for our money. Even on a day that could have ended in us missing a park visit as our vehicle was damaged driving in between parks on a dirt road, turned out to be one of the best. We got quickly picked up after we’d come to a stop (luckily another Kaylan Tours jeep was only a couple of mins behind) and they dropped us off at the hotel. Our vehicle couldn’t be fixed in time for the afternoon drive so Victor quickly organized another tour guide to pick us up and take us, where we got to see lions for the first time!
Victor from start to finish was very responsive and would go out of his way to help you with any request we had. Our driver John was a lovely guy and great company during the long drives over the week.
I’m really happy we chose Kaylan Tours and thank you from us both for the unforgettable memories.
