Great experience, everything was well organized from the initial communications to the trip itself.
Our experience with Senait tours was great - it was 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 kids. We reached out to the Managing Director, Taddese, who was very responsive from the initial request to use the company for our trip from Addis to Gondar and answered all of our follow up questions quickly. We let him know what hotel we wanted to stay at, as well as the places we wanted to visit - Senait took care of the hotel booking and provided a thorough itinerary for our trip. The only thing we had to book was our flights in and out of Gondar. It was very helpful to not have to worry about any of the coordinating of the trip itself, and all fees for the Gondar itinerary aside from tips and eating out were covered in the price of the trip we paid to Senait.
We were greeted at the airport by our driver Kidus, who was very friendly and a very good/safe driver. He drove us in a very nice, clean van for every part of the trip and was very knowledgeable about the area. The two main visits on our trip were to the Simien Mountain which was a day trip, and then another day we toured Faciles castle as well as a few other churches/destination points within Gondar.
We were very pleased with our experience with Senait tours, and would definitely recommend using them for any tours within Ethiopia.

The tour operator is supremely professional, pays attention to every detail, and totally honest.
I conduct photography tours all over the world. In Ethiopia, I use Senait Ethiopia Tours because they are the best. They are a pleasure to work with, they take care of every detail, and if there is a problem -- like a charter plane with mechanical issues -- they are on the phone taking care of the problem. A tour to Ethiopia for a group of photographers is quite complex. It involves multi-vehicle caravans, camping, charter flights, meal planning, commercial flights, relationships with tribal chiefs, and more. I've now completed two tours to Ethiopia using Senait, first with 14 people and then with 12 people, and each time everything worked like clockwork. All of our drivers, guides, and camp personnel couldn't have been nicer. Our primary guide, Gebre, stayed with us the entire trip and he was nothing less than phenomenal. The meals we had surprised my clients' expectations because they were so good, even when we camped for two nights in the Omo River Valley. You might find another company that is as good as Senait, but you won't find one that's better.

Excellent service! Exactly what you need while discovering new countries
We just finished our 12 days tour with Senait. We’ve visited volcanos in the northern part of Ethiopia, 7 tribes in Omo valley and Lalibela complex.
It was an amazing experience and I would recommend to visit all these sites. Guides and drivers were always there when you need them, always helpful.
Service during our adventitious trip was excellent and beyond expectations. Food from the chef was tasty and delicious, my special regards to Mr. Chef!
Yishak and Leul were great guides with a lot of patience and help when we need it.
For the next trip to Ethiopia we definitely have our choice with Senait!

My friend and I had the chance to go on a safari in Ethiopia for the first time in 2018.
At that time I was worried because this is the first time for me to traveling in the territory of the African continent.
But that worry was gone when our friend who had been in Ethiopia recommended Senait Ethiopia Tours to us.
They organized the exellent trip during the 20 days we were there.
And when the trip finished, we concluded that this trip is the best trip of us ever.
Flawless Experience!
My partner and I had a terrific time with Senait Tours. I can not say enough wonderful things about our experience: not only is the company incredibly organized, communicative and professional, the individuals behind the company, including Taddese, Mr. Nagesh, and Tikikil are genuinely great human beings who make you feel like family and who - beyond the professional relationship - care about you having the best memories and seeing the best that Ethiopia has to offer. Taddese is well-connected with the Ministry of Tourism, which solidifies my trust in the company as a reputable one as a cultural ambassador. From Lalibela (a personal favorite) to Hawassa, Bahadir, Addis Ababa and beyond, our meals, accommodation, and transport were planned seamlessly. Our trip was postponed because of COVID by one year, but Taddese stayed in touch and was unwaveringly flexible as we adjusted dates, itineraries, and COVID requirements. They even added a PCR test gratuitously to make our trip smoother and organized the scheduling/pickup of the test and results on time. The local guides that were hired were true experts and were keen to answer any and all of our questions. Above all, like the leadership team, we felt that they not only cared about their “job” but about our happiness and enjoyment, which is what made this one of the greatest trips of my life!!! Highly highly recommended for all travel in Ethiopia.

Best ethiopian experience with Senait Tours
We had two wonderful and interesting weeks in Ethiopia. From the beginning of our contact I had a good feeling. Even it was a late for booking we have got all the bookings desired. The staff was always very polite and was taking care of all wishes or problems. In the background it was the owner of the company and some other helpful people. The most important person on such a round trip is your driver guide. We can not imagine a better one as Yacob who was driving carefully, organizing everything in an absolutely perfect way and first of all he is a wonderful person! He explained us a lot about Ethiopia, the people, the religion and life in his beautiful country. Beside him we had at all places very good and informed local guides, especially in Lalibela, one of the highlights in Ethiopia. We really recommend Senait Ethiopia Tours for planning and organizing your trip to Ethiopia!

Ethiopia with SENAIT - Wonderful Trip
We were in Ethiopia in January 2020, for 20 days, on a trip organized by SENAIT ETHOPIA TOURS. Since the first contact, we verified the high degree of professionalism of the Company, Mr Taddese and Mr Tikikil, who were always very requested and quick in their responses, left us very calm and confident about the success of the trip. The trip was really wonderful, be it for the greatness of the country, for its ancient history, its archaeological monuments, its always polite and smiling people, as well as for the mastery of the guides (in Spanish) indicated to accompany us: Mr. Mathi and Mr Teje, the which were extremely skilled in the history of the country, took us to an immersion in customs and daily life Ethiope, besides, of course, always being in a good mood and taking care of our security, food and hotel stays, the trip would not be the even without them, thank you very much. The cars that were allocated were always very clean and with great air conditioning, as well as the drivers who were always polite and careful with our family. Finally, I would like to thank Mr Taddese and Mr Tikikil for the dinner and memories of the last night, for the affection and care with which he surrounded my family, and with the certainty that we will return to Ethiopia to meet Harar, always using the services of SENAIT.
