Amboseli and Tsavo Safari
This Safari was fine. We had no problems with the booking process or whilst on Safari, despite being slightly sceptical due to a few bad reviews. Our driver/ guide was nice, but we would have liked him to interact with us more, giving us more information about the itinerary for the day and the animals that we saw.

Tours are not that organize when it comes to timings.
I was dissapointed as we were not able to see the crossing/migration due to time.

it is unfortunate that you booked for overnight safari(1day).
this kind of safari you are not expected to see much because you have very limited time in the park
day 1;arrival at 4pm(evening game drive till 6pm)
day 2: Early morning game(6am to 9 am) drive and departure to Nairobi
this kind of safari is recommendable to visitors with very limited time for a safari
finally, we are sorry that you did not see migration because it was not possible to go to the river on the overnight safari
in future kindly book safari from 3 days and above .this you will have enough time in the park and you will see the migration in the mara river

Good experience
I joined the tour alone. First day, they didn’t come waiting place until meeting time. I waited in the lobby more than 1 hour and half.
However totally it was good. Staffs are friendly and the cost is not bad.

Had booked for Masai Mara with Kenamoti tours for 3D/2N but was asked in Nairobi to join with guests of Safarisinkenya tours.
Edward (Driver cum guide) was a nice person. Always very cooperative and friendly. In the morning of third day no activities was implemented. However, overall not a bad experience.

Not reliable
The actaul itenerary is not same as discussed in email.
It’s understood that it’s was shared tour basis, I could accept some changes but lying to customer is not acceptable.
However the drivers/ guides are okay. I have changed 4 mini van for 7days tour.
If you are flexible and ready to change the plan then it’s fine to book this tour as it’s cheap.

the group sharing safari has its own challenges because you find that different visitors have different and completely customized itinerary and it becomes very difficult to use one particular van especially when the days of safari are long .in this particular case the reviewer/client had planned for a seven days safari and in the van we also had clients with three days, two days and four days safari in different parts of the park(Masai Mara, Amboseli,Lake Naivasha,Lake Nakuru,mt.kenya)
the company had to make sure that the seven days client is transferred to the appropriate safari van for purpose of completing the safari because we are in high season and visitors have different safari itineraries, sometimes it requires to amend the itinerary so that all clients get the satisfaction.
we take the review positively and will in future invest in many vehicles to accommodate our big clientele demand because of our affordable price and best tour guides who are professionals
we are grateful for the shared experience and we are sorry that you had to be changed into four vans so that you complete your safari which was a group join safari
