Prompt info, delivered all services, great team.
I received all information prior to the tour. The tour itinerary was nicely drawn. I received all the services promised and even a bit more. At Kasane on the first day, we were supposed to stay in a camp in the nearby Chobe NP. But realising we were tired after long flights, we were put up in a lodge in Kasane itself at no extra cost.
The team led by James, the driver and the guide, were very cooperative, friendly and warm. James was one of the most knowledgeable guides I have come across. He did not hesitate to fulfil whatever extra wishes we had.
I would recommend my friends for this agency quite unhesitatingly.

Great service, highly flexible and grat tours!
We used One Time Travel Agency for our dream trip to the Central Kalahari Game Reserve.
It was an unforgettable trip, completely of the grid.
Because of One Time Travel Agency we were able to add an extra day because they were so kind to drive our car from Maun (Trip departure location) to Rakops so we could continue our journey to South Africa.
