Twiga has always put together an amazing safari experience, our last being August 2019.
As a tour leader, over the past 20 years, I have been fortunate to bring several groups to Kenya. From the warm welcome toasting to our upcoming adventure, to the great hospitality, to the hugs when we leave, the safari experience has always been above and beyond our expectations. It has always been a flawless combination of superlative wildlife experiences by the exceptional, experienced, knowledgeable guides.
Thank you Minaz and family for the wonderful service you provide. I am looking forward to bringing another two upcoming groups to Kenya in 2022. I am confident the Twiga family will be there to make every moment of our safari special and memorable.
As the safari ends, it is always “the best trip ever” “a trip of a lifetime”.. I hear the thank you, but the thank you does not belong to me, but to Twiga. Twiga’s excellent team makes all the arrangements, making sure every detail is looked after and making our safari an outstanding experience. No stone is left unturned!

Best Times in Tanzania with Twiga
I just had a memorable 8-day Kilimanjaro Trek (via Lemosho) and a 3-day Serengeti/Ngorongoro Safari with Twiga...I’ve done other major treks (EBC, W-trek, etc) but Kilimanjaro was by far the best—challenging yet super fun and scenic...Twiga (especially Abuu, the owner and guide) was all-out in making sure that I’m comfortable and safe, from the airport, to my hotel, along the trek—all the way to the summit and then back. Their pricing was inexpensive but the service and the meals they provided were 5-star. So to speak, they delivered more than what I expected.
And short as it was, my 3-day Safari was just as memorable. I saw the big 5 and was able to enjoy the safari experience and take great pictures. The driver/guide, “Futti“ , was very knowledgeable about all the creatures in the park and he knew just where to find them. Very personable and courteous, too. And the meals were delicious and well-served—thanks to “Shavanne”, the Chef.
I’m definitely recommending Twiga to all of my friends and colleagues who got envious of my superb first African adventure.
