Unscrupulous tour operator - do not use!!
So, I booked a tour with Zeigen Tours & Safaris (Via Viator) approximately one year in advance (for June 2022) but then had to cancel due to our Covid concerns. So imagine my shock when after booking, they had in bright red letters that all reservations are final and non-cancellable!! A year out???? Really???!!
Despite reaching out to them numerous times, they never responded!!!! Can you say scam artists??!!
So, I'm writing this review as a public service - do not use Zeigen Tours & Safaris unless you're prepared to be ripped off!!!!

Zeigen Tours and Safari's staff were helpful and friendly and always went beyond the call of duty.
We went on a Safari tour of the Kruger National Park for 10 days during the April holidays this year. Our experience of this tour was absolutely spectacular and made even more amazing by the service we received from Zeigen Tours and Safari's staff. From our first engagement in arranging the tour until after we came home, our experience was pleasant and we will certainly use these services again. We can easily recommend Zeigen Tours and Safaris for arranging your holiday.
