Three-day Victoria Falls Tour & Safari
For my birthday my mom and I decided to take a short trip to Botswana, do a half-day safari tour and then visit Victoria Falls. It was difficult trying to plan the trip on my own, so I reached out to Vayeni and spoke with Mel who helped plan the entire trip. Not only did we finally see lions on our safari, but we actually had a chance to pet and walk with them at the Lion Encounter, followed by the private Elephant Encounter, and a evening luxury cruise on the Zambezi River. What a fabulous experience!! I cannot express enough the amazing time we had due to her insight, coordination and flexibility. Our experience is one that we will remember fondly for a lifetime, and the hospitality of the staff was wonderful. Many, many thanks, and I would strongly recommend this company to anyone interested in traveling there.

Perfect to accommodate all our wishes for a safari honeymoon!
We got in touch with Suzanne from Vayeni for organizing our honeymoon, 4 weeks in Africa. We had certain wishes, but also a certain budget. Vayeni went the extra mile to give us a one in a lifetime experience. People warned us that Africa is Africa and you should be prepared that anything could potentially go wrong. However, nothing went wrong. All was perfect. It was a big organisation since we travelled from lodge to lodge in various countries. Everything was arranged top notch!!! All the camps knew we were coming, the were so well prepared by Vayeni. And the most difficult part, transport and logistics between the various countries and lodges was super organised. We were amazed by everything they arranged and would go back to do business with them in an instant. If you are looking for a travel experience without any worries, go through Vayeni. Would have not done one thing different.

Our experience with Vayeni was excellent. Suzanne and Mel organized a 23 day trip through Zimbabwe and Zambia delivering exactly what we requested and arranging a wonderful, very memorable safari through 4 camps in Zimbabwe and 4 camps in South Luangwa NP in Zambia. Our travel arrangements were well organized and our camps were exceptional. We had great guides and amazing wildlife encounters. Every detail of our trip was well planned and executed. Suzanne was responsive and very helpful and we had a fantastic trip and we couldn't be more grateful.

Seamless
We travelled as a couple as part of a larger group, for a portion of the total group tour duration. From start to finish our 9 day safari went like clockwork. All transfers were there and waiting when we arrived. all drivers very professional and aware (eg- ensuring all bag counts were correct). Accommodation and safaris/ safari drivers could not be faulted, and the smaller details eg- organising the elephant Express train ride as part of our trip was the cream on the cake

Zimbabwe Specialists
Vayeni was excellent from start to finish. They market themselves as Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana specialists - and this is 100% accurate. Our every need was catered for in tours, safari, village tours, rafting, horseback riding and more. Nothing was a problem and our small group of 8 was often split up during the days with people doing different tours at different times etc. The personal touch Suzanne and her small team provided was brilliant and thoroughly professional and made our very busy holiday totally seamless and thoroughly enjoyable.

Excellent itinerary and organisation
We loved the Zimbabwean safari tour that we booked with Vayeni. Communication was clear, prompt and efficient, while the trip itself was a dream - superb excursions, accommodation and food, with excellent guides and staff. Definitely recommended.
