Best Tour Ever
Our safari was soooo amazing! Our tour guide Omary was the Absolute BEST!. We saw the big five, ugly five, and so much more. He went above and beyond to make the tour so memorable and added many personal touches. Would totally recommend it to anyone.

Best Safari I could have asked for!
The trip of a lifetime! We saw soooo many animals and it wouldn’t have been possible without our wonderful guide Floridi! Floridi is honestly the best guide we could have asked for! He’s quiet at first, but don’t let that fool you, he has a wicked sense of humor and is the kindest soul. Anytime another truck would need help he’d be the first to stop. He always checked to make sure we were having a good time. He also was very knowledgeable about the animals and made it his mission to find the animals our truck wanted to see most. He gets you right up next to the animals too. We had an elephant walk right in front of our truck, lions right outside our window, and a leopard right about our heads, plus many other amazing encounters. I can’t say enough good things about him and the company as a whole. Just amazing, kind, respectful gentlemen. I sure hope to come back some day!

Responsive and able to come up with a tailored proposal that goes beyond your expectations
From my first contact with Travel Africa Safari Agency, I understood that this agency aims for excellence and is committed to satisfying its customers beyond their expectations (and this has been confirmed), unlike the large agencies that I had contacted for a private safari in the Serengeti and who had difficulty taking my expectations into account.
Initially, I wanted a private safari but the group safari offered by Travel Africa Safari Agency seduced me (value for money) and the deal was done. The day before departure, I changed my mind and went back to the private safari. I informed Mohamed the manager of Travel Africa Safari Agency who took into account my request and my expectations. He organized the private safari at a moment's notice which met all my expectations and far beyond. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, with exceptional quality services: great vehicle, very tasty meal prepared by a chef, the accommodation offered... Mohamed proved to me his flexibility, the exceptional level of professionalism of his team and his ability to address the expectations of each of his customers as they should be.
Aron the driver for his part, made it his supreme duty to satisfy me, his client. Aron is very experienced safari guide, very smart and very pleasant. At the start of the safari, to his question about my expectations, I answered him, jaded by all the safaris I have already done: “just seeing a leopard should satisfy me! ", how tricky this answer could be, leopard is the most difficult animal to spot!
On the second day, we saw two leopards: a leopard descending from a tree (how Aron managed to be there at the right time) and, at the foot of another tree where the carcass of a wildebeest lay, we saw a second leopard resting on the tree, above of its prey: I was speechless!
I wanted to see the wildebeest migration, I expressed the need to Aron and he offered me lunch (inside of the vehicle) in the middle of the migration!
On the third day of the safari (the last day), the question was not what animal did we see (the list would be too long to list...) but which Serengeti animal had we not seen?
A big thank you to Aron and Mohamed for this unforgettable safari that I wish everyone to experience at least once in their life. I recommend Travel Africa Safari Agency and moreover I am doing another safari with them for the return of the wildebeest in the Serengeti.

What an amazing trip with an epic tour guide!
Such a good trip! So worthwhile! Vehicles were great and we saw so many animals….Lions, Elephants, Wildebeest, Jackals, Hippo’s, Giraffe’s, Crocodiles, Flamingo’s, Ostriches….and because of the local knowledge of our tour guide we also managed to see Cheetah’s, Leopards and Rhino’s (which are much harder to find). Make sure you ask for Omary, he was absolutely epic. You’ shouldnt under estimate the value of a great local guide with huge amounts of knowledge on the area and the wildlife. We contemplated driving ourselves. I really wouldn’t do that. U will see and learn so much more with a local guide. Especially our one!

Our guide Omar made our Safari experience unforgettable
Booking a safari for a family with 3 teenage boys (17, 14, 12) is a challenge. They all want something different and as a mum you don’t want them to be bored. Besides the amazing landscape, the incredible animals and once in a lifetime experience….of course.
We went to the Serengeti, saw the great migration and went into the Ngorongoro crater. The success of any safari is to actually get to see the wildlife and that is not always an easy task. Omar drove the Landcruiser for a private tour and went truly beyond the call of duty to make our trip unforgettable. All the boys lived it. We saw the big five. But also loads of other animals including cheeta’s, serval cats, jackals, rhinos and so much more.
Omar truly made our trip….and made sure we had wifi…very important for teenage boys.
We also planned in some activities, such as a zipline, bike ride and treetop walk to alternate from the game drive, which is highly recommended. The visit to the Maasai village was something I liked….the boys not so much.
In Arusha….choose the Summit Lodge and definitely not the Senator.
Mohamed is very helpful in sorting out anything else. I did my booking with the help from Jackline and found the whole booking and plan very smooth and accommodating. To personalise your trip to your needs is easy.
When travelling to Tanzania, don’t forget to bring cash in dollars.
So…yes…book with this company, stay at the Summit on the start and end of your trip, but most importantly ask for Omar to be your guide!

Our tour guide Omar was amazing. He went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable
The tour was amazing! My family and I saw many animals which usually aren’t spotted easily such as cheetahs and leopards. We saw lots of big lions which we enjoyed seeing as that is what we really wanted to see. Our tour guide Omar was absolutely amazing. His driving was incredible and he always knew how to find the right spot and angle to view these spectacular animals! He was also very fast to get to places which allowed us to have more time viewing the animals in the park. The car was incredibly comfortable even tho we spent many ours in the car. The roof is also able to open up which allows the heat to move out and have an even better view out of the car to spot animals and take pictures! Overal the experience was amazing and made even better by our tour guide Omar!

Amazing life experience
Fantastic experience, thanks to both Mohammed and our guide Floridi. Mohammed was always available through whatsapp, to answer all our questions and requests before the trip, plus he personally welcomed us the first night to see the last details of the itinerary, and wish us farewell during the last night. He even arranged a guided tour around the city for the last day, which i highly recommend! Floridi succeeded with good mood and patience to show the best of Tanzania could offer during our safari days. We could not ask more from this trip, thank you!

Perfect safari with memories to last a lifetime!
Our safari experience was just perfect. We did a 4 night, 5 day safari and loved every minute of it. Booking with Travel Africa Safari was very easy and they were quick to respond to our questions and communicate with us. They also helped identify and secure our luggage (which had been lost by the airline on our flight to Tanzania from Europe) while we were away on the safari and unable to do it ourselves. The safari truck we had was very good quality and reliable.
Our guide Omary was super fun, knowledgeable and a great driver. He always went the extra mile to make sure we saw the animals and had a wonderful experience. I would 100% recommend Omary to my friends or anyone reading this review, and we sincerely thank him for helping to make the experience a memorable one.
