Amazing experience!
We had a wonderful time on our Safari! Perminus was great at organizing everything for us, and our guide Michael was full of knowledge and very friendly. We saw so much (our itinerary included Masai Mara, Amboseli and lake Nakuru) and were well looked after everywhere. Would definitely recommend

Perfect Memorable Birthday trip
After contacting a few other tour operators I felt overwhelmed with information and unhappy with their responses.
I contacted African Marvel for a quotation and Perminus was quick to answer my queries and tailor make a trip for us, fitting our intended travel plans and budget. The entire booking process was straight forward and I was confident that the proposed trip was very good value for money when compared to other quotes.
We spend 3 days with our guide John from Nairobi to Amboseli. Always punctional and informative, John made sure we were fully comfortable the entire trip and answered every single question we had with the animals no matter how silly. He knew Amboseli park extremely well and we were able to spot all the animals even lions. By the end of the trip we felt like friends.
During the trip it was my 30th birthday and John made sure to organise a special picnic in the park to celebrate. Despite the long drives his attitude remained positive throughout. Tulia camp we stayed at during our stay was again outstanding. Recently renovated, it had all the amenities you could ask for. And to wake up to the view of giraffes outside our tent at dawn with Kilimanjaro in the distance was a once in a life time experience.
When our travel plans changed and we were able to spend some extra days in Kenya at the end of our trip Perminus and African Marvel were able to organise a one day safari in Nairobi national park at very late notice. I am extremely grateful for this as it meant we left kenya on a high and even saw rhinos at long last.
I cannot recommend African Marvel enough and will most definitely be back in Kenya for another safari with John in the future.

Incredible safari tour
We were greeted and welcomed by Ben our driver and guide from Africa Marvel Tours at our accommodation in Mombasa bright and early ready to go on our Safari tour. We could tell it was going to be a wonderful trip. We spent two nights and three days traveling around the beautiful Tsavo East and Saltlick - Taita Hills Sanctuary. We saw many animals in the parks elephants giraffes zebras lions gazelles birds ostrich and many more. It was a wonderful event for us. From the booking staff, hotel staff in the parks to the driver and guide all were incredible. I highly recommend this safari for anyone arranged by Africa Marvel Tours.

Africa Marvel is the best!
My wife and I recently returned from a 12 night “Best of Africa” tour with Africa Marvel tours. Everything about the experience was first rate. Every communication with the office was quickly answered and made the planning very easy. Perminus was great to work with - even when our arrival time kept changing he made arrangements to have us picked up at the airport. He came personally to our hotel to explain the plan for our safari and was there the next day to introduce us to our driver - Joe. He even arranged a free day of sight seeing in Nairobi at the end of our safari.
Joe was our driver in Kenya and he was great! He knew so much about the animals and was able to answer any and all of our questions. While in Tanzania our driver/guide was Jeff. Jeff, too, was extremely well informed. He made out time together so much fun. He even taught us some songs in Swahili. We would encourage you to request both Joe and Jeff as your driver/guide.
The accommodations were awesome. We stayed at mid-range tented camps and lodges and were never disappointed.
This bucket list vacation was made that much better because of the service we received from Africa Marvel tours. It exceeded all our expectations.

Overall great tour… our guide John was awesome!
Communication was great, good value for your money (Masai Mara tour). Our guide John was fantastic! He’s like our adopted brother now.
Safari honestly was the best part of our Kenya vacation.
Only negative was the actual Safari vehicle. Thought we were getting a land cruiser, but apparently that’s an up grade.

Reliable, professional & individual
We had a perfect safari experience. The booking process went smoothly as communication was really easy, the itinerary was adapted to our individual wishes and we always received reliable, up to date information. Our guide Elijah was fantastic! Very safe driver, sociable and experienced guide who made sure we got the most out of the safari. We would certainly book this safari again.

Unbelievable family safari!
Our driver was Sam and organiser was Perminus and I couldn’t recommend either highly enough. Everything we wanted in a family safari we got. Payment, itinerary, pickups - simple and without any issue. The driver was knowledgeable and made sure we saw as many animals as we could. Accommodation options were spot on. We traveled as a family with an 11yr old and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! The most memorable holiday we could have asked for.
