I found Bunson travel had very good communications with telephone numbers available and email addresses all communications was answered swiftly.
The safari was excellent and I shall remember this time for the rest of my life, the game drives were very informative the lodge had excellent service and very good meals.

1st class travel experience
My wife and I went to Victoria Falls in Zambia. Bunsun provided complete "door-to-door" service. We were picked up from my house and met at destination airport with a ride ready to go. All service was on time and very professional. The hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in...I have over 750 nights in hotel all over the world. The private tour of the falls was well informed and friendly. This was truly a 1st class travel experience for about half the price we would have paid to book a similar trip on our own. A special thanks to our travel agent Ssafari Mutinda; he was very responsive to our needs and planned the trip in minimal time.
