Absolutely Wonderful!
Thanks to Shammah Wonders Safari my sister and I had the very best trip! The safari itself was amazing, our guide was very very nice and clearly experienced and we saw so many amazing animals it felt surreal!
Everything was well aranged, and the communication was very fast and helpfull. We absolutely felt comfortable during every part of our lovely journey, I would definately recommend Shammah Wonders Safari.
As a vegetarian I was really happy with all the meals, drinks and snacks provided. The accomodation was absolutely stunning. And I was very happy that even in the safari park there were clean toilets!
Shamma Wonders Safari also aranged all our transfers for the rest of our trip (family visit and beach vacation on Zanzibar) and two day trips on Zanzibar as well. We were always with our trusted drivers, and we knew beforehand who to expect, which made me feel very safe and comfortable.
We also got to meet the organizer (Justine) and he was the absolute nicest.
I honestly have only good thing so say, I often get nervous while traveling, but this time, I could really relax and enjoy, and I am so grateful for this amazing experience.

He took care of us really good and we loved the way everything was managed
We did a 3 day safari tour including a visit to Masai and boat trip. Elihakim was out driver. He was very kind and showed us so many thing and had also really nice information he shared with us. Everything, from transfers, to safari trips, and accomodation was organized very good and met out expectations and above! We would really recommend traveling with Shammah Wonders. Although the costs are pretty high, everything is included and it is definately worth the money. Besides everything Shammah Wonders did organize for us, they also took good care of us while in Zanzibar, by offering different day trips and taxi services. I would definately book again at Shammah Wonders when travelling again to Tanzania!

2 day safari tour from Zanzibar to Nyerere NP
First i would like to express that the communication from the quote until the start of the safari itself is outstanding. If we had any question about the safari they where answered very quickly. Shammah wonders safari is a reliable tour operator so don’t hesitate to book your safari with them. Than about the safari itself: the pick-up from the hotel and back where perfectly organised and in time to be on the airplane to Nyerere NP. Arrived at the NP our guide was already waiting for us and the game drive started immediately. During the day we saw lots and lots of animals including lions - elephants- giraffes- antilope - baboons- zebras- hippos- crocodiles and much more. The coffee and lunch breach in the park where amazing. The overnight location, the Selous tented camp was fantastic. The second day we visited the Masai village and did the boot tour on the Rifiji river full of crocodiles and hippos. Overall an amazing experience.

We had a fantastic time on safari with Shammah Wonders. Justine was really helpful in the lead up. Patrick was the perfect guide - so knowledgeable and kind, making every effort to make it an incredibly special trip
for our honeymoon that we’ll never forget. Would highly recommend!

Best safari experience
Our Guide Eli was amazing, very professional, very professional towards the animals and the wildlife. The Nyerere park it’s amazing , you really feel the wilderness. Maybe you don’t see hundreds of animals but you truck them and it’s really exciting to see the real wildlife and not to feel like in the zoo .

Amazing experience, 100% service oriented
The service provided by the people from Shammah Wonders is out of this world. I've been to many hotels and restaurants in Western countries, including 5 star superior hotels and Michelin star restaurants, and let me tell you that Shammah Wonders' service level is definitely up there with the best of the best for a fraction of the price.
We had a private safari, which actually was private from the beginning until the end. I double checked with Justine whether this was actually a private safari, because I received similar offers from other companies where it was a shared safari. Shammah Wonders had by far the best offer I received. I don't know how they do it, but somehow they have the best price, the best guides, the best hotel and a fully private safari. I'm not complaining. :-)
Our Safari guide Eli and the trainee Tiko were very knowledgeable about the animals and the park. They made sure we had a good combination of chasing through the park towards something that was spotted by other guides (e.g. lions hunting a giraffe), and being by ourselves in wide open spaces full of animals. The bush walk led by Simba was an unforgettable experience as well.
Some noteworthy highlights:
- We even joined Eli after hours to the local bar, where we danced with the local people
- My girlfriend was sick during the airplane ride back (not at all the fault of Shammah Wonders of course), and the Shammah Wonders taxi driver patiently waited for almost 90 minutes before we drove off to the hotel
- We got a free upgrade to an amazing room in a nearby camp
Don't even bother comparing this to other safari companies, you've found the best one. ;-)

2 day Safari from Zanzibar
Communication was good all the way up to the safari through WhatsApp. We were picked up from our hotel then flew from Zanzibar. Our bags were looked after for the two days we were away. We took a small Cessna which was exciting in itself and landed on a dirt runway where Eli our guide for the next two days was waiting. Eli took time to get to know what we wanted from the experience and although he made no promises, he delivered both days, Lions, Elephants Hyenas, Buffalo, Giraffes, Hippos, Crocodiles. Eli was great throughout, full of knowledge and tracked far and wide to find what we wanted to see, he adjusted the days to fit around us.
We also did the sunset cruise on the river where you can see plenty of crocodiles and hippos then a beautiful sunset.
The accommodation was great, food was good, far better than I expected so remote and staff were wonderful. All in all an excellent experience that I would recommend!

Excellent and put you at ease
I got in contact by chance with Shammah Wonders after getting several overpriced quotes from TUI and Viator for a One day safari to and from Zanzibar.
Justine provided me with a very comfortable quote and forwarded on previous tour photos. Nothing was trouble for Justine and he responded to any questions within minutes.

An experience of a lifetime
We highly reccomend Shammah Wonders. They offer high professionality and reliabilty in all parts of their communication and service delivery. It is an all over high quality product, some of the best safari guides in the area, with background as local bushmen, fluent english speaking, funny and very service minded. We had a Land Rover with comfortable seats, and a cooler with fresh water bottles included in the car. Lunch camp with lovely beef- and chicken dishes. If you want to bring some cold beer, this can only be bought at Selous air strip prior to entering the park. We were collected and returned to out hotel by a very serviceminded driver in a comfortable Toyota SUV with air condition. All summed up; Two big thumbs up!
