Both the office staff and the staff in the field were extremely helpful.
The Crater Explorer team is reliable, always puts safety 1st and always going the extra mile.
We booked both the 6 day safari and Machame trekking with them and everything went flawless, as a clockwork.
We definitely will organise our next trip to Tanzania through them again!!

Friendly, kind and well organised
Firstly, I am happy to experience big 5 :)
1) Driver/Guide is Friendly, patient, kind and well experienced. He has shown us Animals close up and explained history of National parks and Tanzania culture. He knew each and every path of Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro park (believe in me it’s really hard to know each and every path of these big National parks) (5/5)
2) Chef is awesome ( vegetarians and non-vegetarian friendly dishes) Serving, presentation and Taste is very good (5/5)
3) The Crater explorer Tours team explained each and every step before reserving the trip. They organised the trip the way they explained before reservation. 100% satisfied.
4) They have offered Day before and Day after Safari free hotel accommodation.
Free Airport pick up and drop off. They are on time for total trip.
I highly recommend this trip to all wild life Safari lovers :)

perfect, friendly, well organized, kind
It was an amazing trip ! The nature and animals we got to see are really stunning! All covered places are really worth seeing them.
Its a very special experience and worth every single dollar!
The guides did an awesome job: they showed and explained many things, were there for us in any needs, contributed to a lovely atmosphere within the group and were really well organized. The food was overwhelmingy good.
Also I was amazed by having washroom facilities in the camp.
Already before the actual Safari-Tour we got really good service: Very quick and nice communication, airport pick up and drop off as well as hotel room on the day before and after the trip.

Once in a lifetime experience
My wife and I had an incredible Safari experience and we would both highly recommend Crater Explorer Tours.
Our accommodation was fantastic and if we are being honest, better than we had hoped for.
Emanuel our tour operator was always available if we had any questions, so we always felt like we knew what was going on through the whole trip.
The safaris themselves are a must see for anyone and a real bucket list experience.
Overall we felt 100% safe and assured the whole time and would not hesitate to recommend.

Tour was amazing, to see all that animals is very emotional
Organization of the tour from airport to Safari and back was on very good level. Our guide and driver John was wunderful, knowledgable about the nature and animals. We really enjoyed his company and sence of humour. Our cook Emanuel prepared allways tasty meals for us. We travelled whole family with children low budget Safari and slept in tents surrounded by wild animals. It was amazing experience. To travel with company Crater Explorer is not mistake. Fully recommended by us.

Great adventure Safari Tour, easy booking and nice contact, Safari with other Company
We (German couple 25-30 years) booked a Safari tour with crater experience and really enjoyed the trip. The conversation and booking was very easy and the reply to any questions we had very quick. We got picked up from the airport and had a overnight stay before the safari departure. We really recommand that as it was not stressy at all. We went on safari with a different company as they sometime put small groups together. The company was great but anyway we would like it more the be informed about this Plan by booking. We enjoyed the Game drives and the food was very good. Also After Safari there was a nice contact and help with shuttle services and pick up. Thanks for this experience.

Super nice people and a good organisation with the Hakuna Matata lifestyle!
We had a wonderful 3 day trip (Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Lake Manyara). The ranger Loi called us so many facts about the animals and the nature. The organisation is really good so you can easy relax. We‘re really thankful to been there!

Unforgettable safari experience
Our 4-day safari perfectly organized by Emmanuel and led by the exceptional guide, Tuma, surpassed all expectations. Tuma's knowledge ensured incredible wildlife sightings. Every meal was freshly cooked and very delicious. For me and my girlfriend this first safari was an unforgettable experience. Can't wait to come back.. Highly recommended!

Safari experiance
It was very good experiance, over expectations. We travel as a family of four (two doughters 9 and 13 years). Everithing was perfect: food (cheef Emanuel cooked very delicius food), camps (you can take a shower), guides John and Baraka went out of his way to find all the animals in the safari, they gave a lot of informations and they love children very much. Everithing was perfect.

Top safari
We booked 5 days 4 nights (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Manyara) with Emanuel and everything went smoothly from booking, meeting at the airport and of course the safari. Our family with 2 sons (13, 10 years old) had a trip of our life. Guides John and Baraka are so knowledgable (both Masais!), friendly with kids and very thoughtful. We saw 44 different animals, including baby lions :) Chef Emanuele cooked us three hot meals a day, from pancakes in the morning, hot lunch and dinner with soup and dessert. The accomodations at Panorama (stoney igloos) and public campsites at Seronera (Serengeti) and Simba (Ngorongoro) were above expectations and added pristine feeling of night in the park. We couldn't recommend Crater tour more!
