Our trip with crater explorer was really nice and very well organized!
The booking itself was super easy. When we arrived in Arusha, Emanuel was already waiting for us and explained all the details. We did a 3 day-Safari-Tour (Ngoro Nogoro, Tarangire and Lake Manyara) and had every day a new guide. All of them were super friendly and did share a lot of interesting information about the flora and fauna. While the lunch still has potential to improve (a bit undiversified) the accommodations during safari were amazing too. The marera lodge and the farm of dreams were exceptional. After the safari we booked a tour to the materuni waterfalls which was organized by Emanuel as well. We can really recommend this tour as well, because the landscape is absolutely amazing and the coffee experience was fun too.
In conclusion we can say anybody connected to crater explorer (emanuel himself, guides, drivers, etc.) was very friendly, flexible and well organized at any time.

Outstanding Service!

Best trip I have ever made
We have made a 4 days Safaritour.
We visit the Tarangire, Serengeti Nationalpark and the Ngorongoro Crater. We saw so many animals very close, ist was sooo amazing. It was soo much better, than I have expected. The organisation, the campingsides and the food was very good. It was the best trip I have ever made!!!!

Amazing experience
We did a 3 days tent tour Ngorondoro and Serengeti. We saw all the big five several Time from really close. The views are breathtaking!
All was really Well organised. Emanuel was really helpful and Quick to answer. Frederic our guide was wonderful, fun and passionate with aigle eyes to spot the animals! Our cook prépare really good meals.
We definitly highlty recommand Crater Explorer for the quality of organisation, customer service and price. They took care of everything from thé airport.
Amazing safari experience
We chose Emmanuel and Crater Explorer Tours and Safaris for a 3 day safari in Serengeti park and Ngorongoro crater. We came for our honeymoon and we thank Emmanuel from the bottom of our hearts for his perfect organisation. We were taken care of from start to finish (our luggage was lost and Emmanuel brought it back to us within 24 hours) and the group on our safari was really great. A great guide Samuel and a chef Noel who I highly recommend. Do not hesitate to choose them, you will not be disappointed

We (Caroline and Michael) had a 3-Day wonderful Safari that we will never forget. The planning and the communication in advance with Emanuel from Crater Explorer was great and everything was perfectly prepared. In Tansania he was available all the time and took care of everything (we lost a pocket somewhere at a Lodge and he arranged the transport of it, while we were on Safari, to the place we stayed afterwards, thanks for that again). He also arranged a city tour in Arusha for us. Best recommendation.

Unbelievable person
Incredible experience, a really fantastic team, Emannuel was perfect from start to finish in the customer relationship. The guide Frank is an exceptional person, whom I would not forget. Very good knowledge of his job and bluffing kindness. It's three days of safari, were an opportunity to taste some dishes made by the fabulous cooker Emannuel, always taking care. Thank you for everything.
