He can do anything! everything!!!
I had Serengeti 4nights 5days tour from 4th Dec. It was incredable time!!
I was solo traveler, there was no problem. We could see big 4(except the Panther, lazy thing....) and a lot of others.
There was no time for getting board, alwasy fun and excited. Sleeping was good eventhough met giant elephant when I went to the toliet ;)
Food was alwasy good, like rastaurant, you can enjoy african cuisines. Compare to other tours, budget was also affordable than quality.
I strongly recommand this tour if you have plan to Serengeti!

Real Akuna Matata safari
I chose this safari because of the positive reviews. I can confirm they are all true and you can trust it. Me and my wife, we decided to go for the 3 days safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro. They took care of us from the moment we got it touch and helped me solving doubts, questions and things prior, during and after the safari. They pick you up from the airport and drive you to the hotel (night before and after the safari included, also nice breakfast). Emmanuel (the owner) meets you at the hotel on your arrival and explains everything about the safari. Next day, Pascal (the driver - guide) and Emmanuel (the chef) pick you up for the safari. They are simply amazing. Pascal is very nice and has a big knowledge about everything (also a good English). Emmanuel is a lovely chef, you will be surprise with the food, I promise.
Lovely time if you are alone, in a couple or in a family. We got to know a group of 4 different people from different nationalities and it was all fun. We enjoyed a lot together finding the animals and visiting this lovely side of the world.
100% recommended. They will solve any potential issue you could have. They really care.

Crater tours was fantastic
Our driver was Pascal and our cook Emmanuel. From the minute we were picked up from the airport till the end of our tour we were greeted with kindness and respect. They made it their mission to make our trip memorable. We stayed in a hotel far nicer than I expected when picked up from the airport and then the next morning we were picked up at 7.30 for our drive to the Serengeti by Pascal and Emmanuel. Pascal was so much fun as our driver, very knowledgeable and went over and above to help us find as much animals as possible and every day we had like a 5 course meal of very delicious food cooked by the talented cook Emmanuel. We opted for the 2 night 3 day tented accommodation and they were surprisingly comfortable but please believe them when they tell you to dress warmly,it really does get cold at night!! Warning if you are scared of heights like me close your eyes when going up into the serengeti and into the Ngorongoro crater ,it's really steep but so worth it when you get in..first night we slept with hyena,s as our back ground noise and 2nd night we actually had a elephant and zebra,s in and around our tents

Amazing company, making sure that you are comfortable and satisfied every step of the way!
We did a 3 day, 2 night safari (Serengeti/Ngorongoro Crater) with Crater Explorer, Tours, and Safaris and LOVED it! Emanuel was super helpful in communicating with us before hand, answering any questions and concerns we had. He met us at the hotel the evening we arrived, and was there the morning of our safari, introducing us to our guide and our cook. Pascal was an awesome guide, full of information on the animals, trees, plants, and more. He made sure we were comfortable and got the best out of our time. Our cook, Emanuel (another Emanuel) was incredible! We had so much delicious food and he spent so much time making sure we were well fed and taken care of. We saw lots of animals, and the trip was an affordable price! All in all, it was a great experience! I would highly recommend this company!

The positive reviews are true. Thais is a trustworthy operator who takes care and knows what he does
Based on the good reviews we decided for this operator and a group safari over three days with Serengeti and ngorogoro crater. We chose the luxurious option and it was totally worth it. At night it was cold and a tent was not enough for us.
The Serengeti has a lot of animals and you can see almost the complete big 5 on the first day. Our driver Emanuel knew the best places and drove quickly and safely. In addition, he was able to explain a lot about the animals, so that our three-day safari flew by. You always start at seven in the morning and you need a sweater then. During the day it is always warm.
After our landing in Arusha we were picked up by the operator Emanuel (yes the names are the same) and brought to the hotel. There the briefing took place and we paid directly everything in cash in dollars. In Germany, the communication went smoothly via WhatsApp.
The tented lodges are very comfortable and in ngorogoro crater we were even in a real hotel on top level with views over the crater from the room.
Lunch at the campsites was balanced, warm and delicious. From the lodges you can also take lunch boxes. In the evenings in the accommodations there were large buffets.
We could also spontaneously visit a Maasai village, which was not booked before and then cost 10 dollars. In return, we were allowed to take as many photos and videos as we wanted. In addition, one jumps with them and and can be explained by them in their huts their life.
All staff was very nice and there were no communication problems. You hear a lot about tipping and our operator said directly that they don't expect tips. However, we tipped upon departure from each lodge and upon return in Arusha. Any amount is possible. Recommended is at least $10 per safari participant per day each to the driver and cook. We tipped more because we were so satisfied. Both dollars and shillings were no problem. Euros are also possible, but the people in Tanzania have little use for them.
We were extremely satisfied with Crater Explorer, Tours and Safaris and I recommend this operator if you do not want to worry and enjoy the animals and nature.

Amazing!
We looked for a great option to go on a 3 days safari that covered Serengeti as well as Ngorogoro Crater and found Crater Explorer Tours via safari bookings. I cannot recommend booking this operator enough. Starting with an extremely fast, friendly and reliable communication by Emanuel (organiser) we felt extremely well taken care of in every aspect of the tour. He picked us up at the airport and brought us to our very nice first hotel in Arusha. The next morning we were picked up by our amazing driver/guide (also Emanuel) and our lovely chef (yes, also Emanuel). All the timings went exactly as planned and once we had collected the other members of our little safari group our journey started. We did 2 days in Serengeti and 1 in the Ngorogoro crater. I cannot count how many animals we have seen, but it was definitely all to the knowledge of the best guide, that we found all the right spots and even witnessed a full on lion pride hunting scene! We must have asked a million questions and Emanuel had every answer. We learned so much and we could feel his love and passion for the animals and his job, even after doing it for 16 years! He is also a great driver and we always felt safe. The food our lovely chef prepared for us was delicious on every occasion and more than enough! We had booked a luxury lodge option and both nights our accommodation was incredible, but the camping spots looked like a great and fun option too. All in all I can say this was a once in a lifetime experience and for sure some of the most beautiful days of my life! I would go again in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the team!

An amazing experience!
We opted for 4 days 3 nights lodge Safari (Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro ).We spent our days with a fantastic group, the guides shower us all the big five and many other animals, explaining the characteristics of the places we were visiting and the animals we met on our way. The chef cooked for us some good hot lunches. The lodges were very nice and confortable, we did not expect the upgrade on the last night in the safari which was very welcome (we had the balcony of our room overlooking the Ngorongoro crater). Emanuel was really good at organizing this Safari tour for us and we really appreciated his availability.

RELIABLE & WELL ORGANISED
We opted for 3 day camping safari from 14-16 November 2022.
1. All arrangements as advertised by the operator. Emmanuel organised everything perfectly. Clear & immediate communication.
2. Game drive was absolutely amazing! Needs to be experienced for itself.
3. Great food by Emmanuel (different from the organiser) & a good description of the overall flora/ fauna by David (driver-guide).
4. Good arrangements at the campsite.
Overall a great, value for money experience!
