We had at first planned a safari trip with her for 3 days at the Masai Mara Reserve and the booking, payment, coordination with the guide onsite was so smooth that we have decided to trust her also for our other activities such as the Nairobi Park safari, the Elephant Orphanage, the Giraffe Center and the Tea Farm Tour.
Everything was tailored for us according to our availabilities and budget and the commuication with Naitu was also very easy so I 100% recommend this operators if you are planning your holidays in Nairobi.

Our Safari tour with Motto Tours and Travel was wonderful experience. Susan planned our tour personalized to us and was much better than what we expected. Since she started to communicate with me regarding our tour, I made few changes and she was patient and wanted to make anything I want so she can make us happy. Once we arrived to Nairobi, she followed through our trip 24/7. Our tour guide “David” made us have the best time in the safari, he made sure to let us see all animals and he was concerned about our safety before anything. We had the best time due to his experience and patience. Our game drive was the best and beyond our expectation. We also stayed at the best resorts with high quality and best food. We ended our trip in Diani Beach and had an amazing time at the beach. She booked us the best tour in Diani with Kelly who was an amazing tour guide. Well Planned, Professional and Friendly Tour Company
We travelled to Kenya and Tanzania for our honeymoon in August 2022. The driver Samson picked us up from the airport and gave us a wonderful 4 days in the Masai Mara. He was professional, his car was pristine clean and comfortable, and he was super knowledgeable and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, even though it was our first safari experience.
When we returned from Serengeti and spent an extra evening in Nairobi, Paul, the owner of Motto, as well as his wife picked us up at the airport immaculately dressed and looked after us amazingly well. Paul is intelligent and our conversations were very inspiring.
We highly recommend Motto Tours to anyone thinking about Kenya and Tanzania - I am sure Motto Tours can give you a tailored and once-in-a-lifetime experience!

The guide was really friendly and always attentive.
The trip was worth the money and I would always book a tour at paul motto tours.
Only one advise, please change the lunch box at the safaris.
It has nothing to do with the tour agency but please tell the lodges, that a chicken is not the right food for the bush.
Other than that, the tour was impressive and informative.
