Right from our first inquiry, communication was clear and professional. Every detail was planned in advance—from packing lists to altitude expectations—so we knew exactly what to prepare for. As two travelers from Dubai, this was invaluable in helping us arrive fully informed and equipped.
Once on the trail, the guides were exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and always prioritizing safety. They kept a steady pace, checked in on our health regularly, and even lifted our spirits with songs and encouragement during the tough summit night. Their ability to manage expectations and keep morale high made all the difference.
The logistics were outstanding. We had comfortable tents, warm sleeping bags, and a clean portable toilet, which was a game-changer in the wild. The food was far beyond what we expected—hot, fresh, and nutritious—with a variety of meals that kept us fueled.
Beyond the climb itself, the team made sure we experienced the best of Tanzania. The owners personally took us for local food tastings, helped with souvenirs, and shared cultural insights that made the trip even more special.

Memorable Kilimanjaro hiking expedition with Incredible Africa Adventures
I took 7-day Lemosho route with Incredible Africa and had a fabulous unforgettable 7-Star experience. Here's why I am highly confident on recommending Incredible Africa for Kilimanjaro expedition and more:
1. *Meticulous planning and preparation* : this was clearly visible through resource planning and pre-hike briefings.
2. *Clear communication* : this was very imp as being my first high-altitude hike, I was nervous, anxious and had lots of questions. Both our guides, Rafael and Temba, utilized their wealth of knowledge and experience about the mountain and always briefed us regularly, clearly and patiently answered all our questions.
3. *Emphasize on safery first, always* : regular health checks after every dinner and breakfast through a well thought-out recorded scoring system ensured we were in good health and fit to scale heights.
4. *Food, sleep and hydration* : we had an amazing nutritious and delicious food, thanks to our Cook, Elia. George always ensured that food was served to us without any delays and refilled our water supplies. He also woke us up each morning with hot water for wash.
5. *Incredible team co-ordination* - "one-team, one dream": entire team right from the guides, cook and porters who took heavy camping loads, came together as one unit to make our experience a memorable one.
6. Summit night - we did it, Poli-Poli (slowly slowly): 1,300 night climb to Uhuru peak was the toughest of all climbs at Kili and required navigating darkness, strong wind, bone-chilling cold and snow. Guides sang motivating songs to keep us in high spirits, and advised us on how to tackle altitude sickness. Thanks to the Summit Porters, Emanuel and Filipo, who did their parts in carrying our backpacks and other reqd equipments, so we can focus on our climb.
**Conclusion* : Excellent team to high-quality camping equipment and sumptous meals (customized to our tastes), Incredible Africa team delivered a 7-star memorable experience. Great Safari Experience
My friends and I had an amazing safari tour with Incredible Africa Adventures through Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti. It was well arranged since our first day till our last day of the tour.
We were able to see many elusive animals, all thanks to the experience and persistence of our driver and guide, Joseph.
It was an unforgettable experience, I can’t recommend them enough!

Made my dream come true
Right from the moment I messaged Octavian, I knew this wasn’t going to be your average tour company. It was going to be Incredible, and I was right! I would not have been able to accomplish this challenge if it wasn’t for the care, dedication, inspiration and knowledge the entire Incredible Africa Adventures family provided me, AND they helped me make my birthday wish come true along with an unforgettable birthday celebration on top of Mount Meru.
When I first reached out to Octavian, the owner of the company and told him that my vision for my 50th birthday was to be on top of Mount Meru on the day of my birthday looking down at the town I was born in (Arusha) at sunrise as my first glimpse of it since I was 6 yrs old; he told me that he would help make this vision happen for me and that they would make it even more special. This is when I knew I was in for an incredible journey.
Octavian not only kept reaching out to me on a weekly basis to make sure I was training, but he gave me tips, and advice to help me. In addition he helped me arrange for anything I needed when I landed - from equipment to transfers and hotels. It was like I had a trusted friend who wanted me to be safe.
The team that he provided for me was incredible. Onesmo, my main guide was a wealth of knowledge. He knew I needed to go slow and steady and helped me understand how to climb the mountain without getting any altitude sickness, and more importantly keeping my spirit and determination up. His knowledge and care of my health and well being was instrumental in me achieving my vision.
My hard working and brilliant Porters and Chef Matthew were superb. The food was amazzzzing. I had home made pizza, stir fry, home made chicken soup, and He made me a Birthday Cake on the Summit of Mount Meru! How exceptional for them all to make me feel special. I felt bad because I could not take advantage of his culinary brilliance more because I was so exhausted.
Meru is a mind challenge climb. It’s one of the hardest and exhausting things I have ever done but with the right team, an experienced and knowledgeable guide, and a feeling of being a member of the family, I was successful in making it to the TOP and DOWN.
My greatest take-away from this experience is that You can accomplish anything when You have the right team to help guide and support you.

This family welcomed me into their hearts and helped me achieve my dreams. They encouraged, supported and nourished me. They made me feel at home in Tanzania! This is a special family and I cannot sing their praises enough.

Insightful and Welcoming
Excellent from everyone I delt with at IAA. Octavian was very Insightful, responsive, patient and professional. The guides were very helpful and answered all our questions, most importantly they are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The food was wonderful. We went to Ngorongoro, Climbed Mont Kilimanjaro and visited Zanzibar.

Amazing vacations with Incredible Africa Adventures
I did the 7 days Machame Route and also one day Tarangire Park and it was incredible. Octavian was always available to any question or doubt. The price of the Kilimanjaro is really good because it is amazing all the work that the guide, cook and porters are doing every day. I recommend this company to everyone.

Well organized and very knowledgeable
We had only three days to see something of Tanzania and this was truly the most amazing way to do that. Incredible Africa Adventures is a very professional and well prepared organization, and Octavian is great in his communication. Our guide Josephite had perfect knowledge of nature and wildlife and we have learned and seen everything we whished for. Would recommend this to anyone going to Tanzania!

Wonderful company with very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
We went on a 3 day safari to Tarangire, the Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara. The parks are amazing, I cannot believe how many animals we saw, and how close we came to them. Our guide/driver was very knowledgable, he could tell us so much about the animals, but also the trees and the history. The owner of the company also accompanied us, and he was a great addition to the group. I will remember this trip for the rest of my life and I am so happy we decided to book through Incredible Africa Adventures. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and teach us about the land and animals. I would highly recommend booking through this company.

Lovely people, who take great care to create the best possible experience for you.
We have been away for over a week with a tour every day. First we did the coffee tour which i was really excited about. This was a very good experience where i learned a lot. The people running the guides were very open and we had a great time with them. About all trips including safari, massia+ hot spring, waterfalls and mount kilimanjaro I was struck by how well organized everything was. The people are very flexible and work hard so that you as a tourist have the best experience. we certainly made a lot of friends for life. I didn't feel stressed the whole trip and knew I could count on Octavian.

Professional experts and extremely friendly while well organized
We took a 5 day safari with Incredible Africa Adventures. An excellent choice as it is a Tanzanian tour operator, extremely professional with a great team consisting of a guide/driver and a cook that accompanied us all the time. Knowledgable guide, great driver that took no risks and was very respectful of the nature. The cook (King) for us was one of the top chefs we have had the pleasure of tasting the food. With minimal equipment created wonders for our taste buds! The guide/driver (Josef) was fun and knew how to make us comfortable and had great talent for spotting game. The head tour operator, Octavian, was a treaure too. Always in touch and prepaing things well in advance and managing it all very professionally while being very friendly. Price quality was excellent too. Helping Tanzanian company expand with a great team while getting a very good value for money made us all very happy and content. Thank you team, we saw great game and had a a wonderful time.
