An experience I will never forget!
Fantastic experience that I will never forget
I had a limited window of time in Tanzania and needed a trip that started on a specific date, this tour provider was very flexible and really came through for me because they work together with other providers. I traveled solo and had a great time with my group! I chose to do a mix of camping and lodges which worked perfectly, I could have both experiences . We had a great cook who traveled with us and our driver gave me complete confidence even in challenging weather conditions. We saw so much, had great discussions and could really ask every question we had about the Masai visit. We were lucky of course, to get along ,and to see all that we hoped to see. But I have 2 other friends who used this tour provider separately and each one loved their safari!

Amazing
We did the 5 days low budget tour. Jay Jay and Matthew were incredible guide/cook and lovely people.
The group was nice, the stays were comfortable and the Safari was really beautiful. We saw so much animals and the driver Jay Jay was so nice to stop by all the animals and he showed us the big 5!
Before the Safari there was Safina who helped us with a lot of questions due to whatsapp. Also really good!
We would absolutely recommend this organisation. Fair price/quality.

One thing I can say for sure is that the Safari Tour with Serengeti African Tours was the best. Mr. Abu gave me enough explanations about the tour before starting the safari tour and listened to our story. He was very kind and he felt good even before the tour. Our guide responded quickly every time .The airport pick-up service and the condition of the accommodation I stayed before the safari tour were also good! Absolutely enjoyed every second of our 5 day camping safari. our guide Abuh , made sure everything was set up and ready to go for us. It's so hard to choose a company for safari, but I'm completely convinced we went with the best. Abuh our driver and guide was brilliant from start to finish. He could see animals a mile away, I still have no idea how. He is genuinely the nicest guy, and we had great fun with him all week. Seleh our chef was top notch too. A really great guy with a really great talent, creating the tastiest meals for us. I'm wondering if I can bring him home. All in all, I would recommend Serengeti African tours 100%. You will not regret it.

Overall well organized with a highly motivated team without which we couldn't have reached summit!
It was an overall great experience. Our guides, the cooks and actually the entire support team did their best to makes us feel comfortable and as at home as possible. We were a bit unlucky and had rain almost every day, but somehow the team from Serengeti Tours managed too keep our tents almost dry, they even dug trenches around our tent each time. When we noticed a leak, they were quick to fix the problem.
The food was diverse and more than plenty :) when we had troubles due to the altitude, we could always count on our guides to help us. Whether with medicine, by easing our backpacks or with a few anecdotes to lift our spirits.
Only downside for us: we reached the summit a bit too early and had to leave because of the cold before sunrise. However, the sunrise at Stella Point was still amazing and this was really the only thing, which wasn't perfect.
On the ride home the guys sang in the bus and it was such a great mood. One of our hightlights on the trip :)
As an advice to anybody reading so far: Consider renting your private toilet, we didn't have it, but we often wished for it^^
