Comment on low budget safari in a tent:
The communication in advance went very well. At the Serengeti Safari Tours request, a meeting was supposed to take place the day before we start the safari. The organization was over 1.5 hours late. The majority of the dollar bills we brought with us were also not accepted, so we had to pay by card (there is another 4% fee). Unfortunately, our tents didnt look as good as in the example photos. In my eyes the sleeping bags and mattresses smell musty. In my opinion the food wasn't very varied, it was mostly carrots with beans and rice and chicken. We saw that the chef put the oil in which the food was prepared back into a bottle and reused it, it was already completely black. The plates are cleaned under cold water without detergent. A week after returning I was diagnosed with a bacterial infection, the doctor thinks it could have come from the safari. Despite everything, we saw a lot of great animals, but I wouldn't recommend this category. It's better to pay a little more money and get better standards.
