Very nice private safari
We booked a private safari (Ndutu, Serengeti and Ngorongoro) with Serengeti African Tours. Our contact with Lucas was very smooth and he responded to all our questions promptly. We enjoyed the mid range accommodations very much, especially Suenos luxury camp, where hippo's passed our tent at night (we felt very safe!). We did not have one of the outgoing driver/guides as mentioned in the other reviews. We had hoped to learn a lot about all of the animals, our driver/guide was a really nice guy but unfortunately wasn't very talkative and did not explain that much about the animals, and did not really respond elaborately to all of our questions. Also the radio of our vehicle did not work: it made it more difficult to know where to go to see specific animals. Fortunately our driver made a big effort to talk to all other passing vehicles and he was a great animal spotter. We saw the big five and enjoyed a magnificent private encounter with a cheetah. All the food was delicious. Overall we look back at a great experience.

Very nice and arrangeant
It was an amazing experience. The organisation was good, we wanted to arrange the safari and they did it perfectly. The team who took care of us was so nice. Mounir was our guide, he speak very well French and is so nice, I'm very happy to had him as guide, he show us all the animals without exception, you should definitely ask for him. Richard was the chef, he cook so well, yummy yummy! And he took care of the menu of our kid who is very difficult. So nice! Everything was perfect. The only negative point was the car. The plugs were not working so my dad couldn't take photo for half day. Maybe if this detail is fixed, it probably the best choice for your next safari.

Nice safari, great animals but....
The tour was very good. We have seen a lot of animals. Great guide-Abu, and great cooker-Mattieu. The National Parks were amazing. The place to sleep-very well. Plan of this tour very well.
But....I would like to write that in this company, if you take private tour...this not always mean this will be a private...and not more than 6 person could be...7. First day the company put to our car 2 another people. It was a private tour-we paid many us a private tour. Even if I try to explain that this is a tour only for me and 4 my friends, the man from company tell me that there is no word "private" in my documents. I was to nervous to could find the note (which was on my document from the company that this is a safari for group not bigger that 6 person...with to other person (Michał i Sandra) they joined to our group in the car there was 7 people and the guide. The couple which share with us our PRIVATE safari paid 500 dolar for this one day tour. I think this never should happen. If they asked I suppose we will agree for company other person, but the way they do this it was not nice. The woman from company told us sorry...but the firs day was awful. After the first day, for the next day we were only in 5 people )plus of course guide and cooker).

A truly special and successful 4 days of spotting game.
This was an unbelievable experience for the 5 of us , visiting Tarangire , Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. Our guide on day 1 (Kelvin) took us to Tarangire and we spotted plenty of elephant and impala, as well as lion. Day 2 and 3 in the Serengeti were truly special, managing to spot all the big cats and witness the beginning of the great migration. Finally, our last day in Ngorongoro was a rather large contrast to the endless plain of Serengeti, in what felt very enclosed yet natural down in the crater.
The trip was adequately organised, as we were given a different guide after day 1 due to demand and what was meant to be 3 nights camping turned to 2 nights in lodge and 1 night in the tent (a pleasant surprise for many I'm sure, although I was wanting the true Safari experience).
What can be said though is that Abu (guide day 2-4) and Richard (chef) were fantastic, both providing impeccable service in their fields and ensuring we were spotting the best game on full stomachs.
I'd recommend this experience to anyone on the fence, however be prepared for changes in plans.

Great safari
We did the 5 day trip to the serengeti and ngorongoro and two other national parks.
Everything was well organised including airport pick up and logistics on a daily basis. We saw incredible wildlife from our amazing land cruiser safari vehicle which had very comfy seats and was perfect for wildlife viewing. Would definitely recommend.

They are professional and skilled in their work
One should experience a Safari at least once in his life. Of course, Serengeti African tour will be the best option for this experience.

IT was a great Trip, gppd organisation
A well-organized tour with scope for individual requests, as we had a private tour. Small problems were resolved competently, quickly and reliably. We recommend it!T

Very good Safari and Guide!
Good: It was a very nice experience. We saw many animals (Big 4). Our Guide was very open-minded and explained everything really good and answered every question. Food was cooked instead of Lunch bags, what was nice. Accommodations were great.
Not so good:
Double Meal prep (from the lodge).
Accommodations of all guests we're different. In Ngorongoro we've stayed 20 km away from the campsite of the others people. We've started very late at 9 and didn't see any Rhinos. (Normally the Programm would say start at 6 for crater).

Friendly and trustworthy people.
It was a great experiens. Very nice lodges, our gide Calvin did a great job to show us as many animals possible. Althoug we have to say that we expected more animals to see.... but that s nature.... Also was the service and food very good.

Excellent services and very good accomodations
Reliable organisation. People are very kind. Their availability for questions and contact is excellent. Transport during and after the tour is very wel organised, they will take good care off you.
Pascal had made us very nice meals with Tanzanian food (also vegetarian). Pascal and our guide Luka made a good team. Luka was also a very good spotter so we saw a lot of nice animals. We had four fantastic days it was worth the money.
We had the midrange lodges and.. it felt like paradise.. inside the Serengeti or within the ncgorongoro habitat.. all excellent stays! Also you have a great opportunity to talk with your guide during dinner.
Planning and timing is in an african way, Hakuna Matata, just relax you'll get there eventually and we'll nurtured.
