Very client friendly, tailor-made service
We had a great experience, very well organized by GreenHippo Travels. They made a tailor made proposal that exactly fitted what we were looking for. We visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Zanzibar. Everything was well prepared and all information was made available in a very user-friendly app, containing all practical info on accomodation, transfers, as well as description of the places to be visited. Our driver and guide Moses was great! Very knowledgeable and always looking for the best spots. Communication with and support provided by GreenHippo was very good, all questions were dealt with rapidly. Asante sana!

Living in Rwanda and before in Kenya, we were very much looking forward to visiting the National Parks in Tanzania. We discussed with Karin several possibilities, the next day she sent us her proposal. She understood our experience and expectations very well. Whenever we had a question, Karin always responded very quickly. We first visited Zanzibar and continued our journey to the National Parks Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and West Kilimanjaro. It was a journey beyond expectations. The nature was fabulous and the tented camps and lodges very private with beautiful views. Our game driver was very experienced and reliable, shared his knowledge about the area and behaviour of the animals and was a passionate birdwatcher. The car was in good condition.

Very enthusiastic and knowledgable people!
We needed to change the date of the safari due to plane circumstances and this was possible. They were fantastic in helping us!! Their reply is always very fast and they listened to our wishes very well. We had an amazing safari guide who knew what we wanted to see and he was very knowledgeable about all national parks, animals and Tanzania. We will definitely use them next time we visit Tanzania.

The ladies are very friendly and give a lot of advise. They ask for your interests and make a program accordingly. They know what they sell. Our program was good and the hotels were nicely chosen. And we had a very good and knowledgeable driver/guide on safari.

We had a wonderful time in Tanzania and Zanzibar. Due to the app we received before our holiday we had all information needed and it was a great way to prepare for our trip. Also on sustainable level! During our holiday everything went really smooth, on time, great people, great locations and great mixture in the program. The different activities were spot on. GreenHippo made the holiday different than all the other agents in Tanzania and was really on top of everything. I am a big traveller but this was the best experience with an travel agency ever! Our guide, Peter, really knew everything and was great with the kids! Love GreenHippo Travel!

We had a great experience in Tanzania with GreenHippo. Everything was organised perfectly. All we had to do was enjoy the trip. Lodges were selected carefully with a good eye for sustainability en development and of course our wishes.. Karin and Astrid were easy to reach by mail or phone during the preparations and the trip. On our first day they visited us at the lodge to give us more information about our trip and to answer our questions. We would definitely recommend booking a trip in Tanzania with Green Hippo.

We booked a 4 days trip to Tarangire and Ngorogoro after clear and fast communications with Karin. We stayed at beautiful middle class and sustainable lodges, our driver took us to the best places and was a very good guide (with very good eyes) and over all it was an unforgettable experience! Astrid was a huge help in arranging all the documents and information we needed for our visit.
Before our visit, Astrid worked tirelessly to help us get ready for our Safari. She assigned us a driver, Ami, who was incredible. Not only was he a safe and patient driver on the busy highway, he was willing to spend long hours driving us to see so many amazing animals. He was so knowledgeable about birds and animals that it made our trip extra special. It was a once in a lifetime wonderful trip!!
