Friendly, good customer service. The breaksfast could be improved even if the client must be billed.
The owner keeps constant contact when organising the trip to ensure there will be no last minute disappointments as the trip typically requires sharing costs with other tourists for the >200 km long round trip.

Professional and competent
Arranging everything from abroad and sending money in advance directly with operator always takes some faith.
Worked through all details and arranged trip. Team was great. Zero complaints on food and executive. Guide was far above average and camping facilities also way above expectations.

A good operator with nice guides.
We arrived at the lodge and asked for a private tour in Moremi NP. At 7 o'clock we had a talk through for the day after a game-drive. So quick and good. The drive by himself was very nice only was it too hot and the animals were all in the shade. But we saw wild dogs , giraffes , elephants and LIONS. Thanks guys for the wonderfull experience.

Winderfull Day In The Delta
I had to book a trip to the Delta in short notice.Had demanding guests from the UK.I contacted Black Smooth Adventures and they did everything for the group and MUCH MORE.Everything was organized to the T ! The pick up, the drive to the delta, the cruise and the bushwalk as well as the picknic lunch ! The drivers and guides knew what they did and entertained the guests! A very sucessfull day in deed! Will use Black Smooth AGAIN !!

Super tour to Moremi National Park
As a solo traveller, I was struggling to find a tour to join. Ousie came to see me at my hotel and run through options, setting me up with a vehicle and a superb driver/guide in Tex. Even provided gluten free food options, which were much needed.
Was glad of the advanced warning for the distance though, including the bumpy, dusty road to the park.

Friendly, knowledgeable and communicative.
We got picked up at 5:30 at our hotel and had the luxury of being alone in the car. The drive to the Moremi gate was smooth (as far as you can say that on gravel roads) and we saw lots of animals (elefants, hyena, buffalo, lions,…) during the day. We had plenty of time to take pictures and enjoy the animals before we continued our drive.
Lunch was good and overall we really enjoyed our trip.
Make sure you have enough cash though as we were not able to pay by card.

We really enjoyed our tours (one day by car into the Moremi Game Reserve, next day by boat) with Black Smooth Adventure.
We were picked up at our lodge early in the morning and had two great private tours. Both - the guide on land and the one on the boat - were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They have put a lot of effort and perseverance in finding us the places where we could have the greatest animal encounters. It was just great and we loved it!
Awesome breakfasts and lunches in the Wilderness!
We had agreed a price for both tours in advance, unfortunately the staff from our lodge forwarded a wrong, shorter boattour to Black Smooth Adventure.
When we discussed this with the guide after the tour, they were very cooperative and accepted a lower price without any problems. Very fair, although the company was not to blame, but the Lodge-Staff made the mistake.
We recommend Black Smooth Adventure and would book there again next time. Uniquely beautiful tours and experiences!

Really well organized !
We heard about this tour with another Belgian tourist who did it 4 years ago and recommended it to us. He gave us the contact of William and everything was super well organized. They came to take us on time. The price is also super competitive compared to other tours. We arrived at Mokoro River after 1h30. The tour was really nice. We even saw a dozen of hippos at 20 meters from us. It was amazing. We definitely recommend this tour guide for your trip ! :)
