Fantastic and top proff.
5/5

Our Safari was 4 days and 3 nights. Starting in Mombasa and ending in Nairobi.
It was excellent. Fantastic driver/guide. 4x4 Landcruiser was perfect with wifi, horsepower - State of the art.
Our driver, Dominic, got us the best Wild life experiences and made sure that security allways was in top. He really was proff and his knowledge about all the animals and culture made this trip perfect. The Accomodations were high class and foods great. We really recommend Natural World Safaris.

Great safari experience with Reputable and Trusted company
5/5

I did the 2 day Tsavo East safari with a colleague. We were picked up near Watamu and started our safari with our driver and tour guide Abdul. Abdul was a great guide and driver! Absolutely recommend. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the park. He also arrived even earlier than the time expected and was extremely professional. The entire experience was great - from contacting the company to finishing our safari, and everything in between. Kennedy reached out with a detailed itinerary, was extremely responsive in communicating, and was very helpful and clear when giving all the information to us. Very easy process and no hiccups along the way. We stayed at the Voi Wildlife Lodge which was very nice and had a pool. The food there was also delicious. On the way back on Day 2 we stopped at a nice place for lunch where we had a full meal and the staff was wonderful. Every accommodation place we ate at our stayed was fantastic.

One of my favorite things about this tour is that all costs were included and there was no surprise extra fees. The one thing you did have to add (besides tipping your tour guide/driver) was drink fees at meals, which was trivial. This is also clearly stated in what is included/not included. If you want to buy souvenirs there is a good shop before entering at the Sala Gate that our driver took us to. The workers there are very nice and have a lot of good items; I only wish I had brought more cash. They do take card which is helpful - however if you would like to help out the locals they appreciate cash more than card.

We were lucky Abdul had a set of binoculars, these are definitely necessary. I also wish I had a big fancy camera to take some nice photos of the animals, so recommended. We went the first weekend of March and it was hot - we had to wear shorts and tanks. Even at night it was pretty hot; I packed a couple of layers expecting it to be colder at night. This was not needed. One light layer was fine for going to dinner at night and in the car for the morning safari. There was also not a lot of mosquitoes because of the wind which was very nice. This was a good time to go weather wise, but for safari views there was a lot of greenery - there was definitely animals that I'm sure we easily missed because they were blocked by the bush. Something to keep in mind if you have a flexible travel schedule.

Overall - fantastic and reputable company, easy to book and communicate with. If you are looking for a great 2-day safari in Tsavo East, look no further than here.

Great experience and a great customer service!
5/5

We did a 2-day tour to Amboseli National Park and the experience was very satisfactory. First, we had some schedule constraints and the tour was customized 100% as per our request. We booked everything online before arrival and I really appreciate the great service and follow up they have provided, and also how they stick to the initial plan they had offered. Our driver, Henry, was excellent and very kind to us.

I have done safaris elsewhere but this one exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend this company if you are planning for a customized safari in Kenya!

The service and the safari both were excellent. Our stay at Sopa Masai Mara was best in class.

Jambo Deepak from Ireland,

Thank you for your 5-star review on our services and safari experience, which as you say were excellent!

Maasai Mara Sopa Lodge is definitely a great choice of comfort-level accommodation. It is located high on the slopes of the Oloolaimutia Hills. It was one of the first safari lodges to be built in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, a reason why its gardens and trees are so lush and mature. All the buildings follow the design of traditional African round houses with conical roofs, and these stretch along the line of the hills with the impressively large public area buildings and the swimming pool at their center.

Amazing experience
5/5

We loved the tour. We had an experienced guide who knows where to go and what to look for, he also showed care for our needs. Luxury plan is indeed very pleasant. The overall experience with the company was good except for a sudden change in plans of our last day of safari (A new client they didn't want to lose it, so the forced last minute arrangements). The solution was acceptable, but Natural Safari pretended us to pay the entrance of the new driver to the park, in case we wanted to finish the tour as originally planned. In general, it would recommend this company with no hesitation. Congrats Natural World!

Jambo Camilo Abboud from Mexico,

We are glad you enjoyed the luxurious experience on your Nairobi to Mombasa tour. In almost all instances, luxury lodges & tented camps are located at vantage locations within the national parks and game reserves. They are unique in architecture and design. They also provide easy access to the game viewing areas. The facilities and comfort levels are of higher standard. Rooms/ tents are private and en suite. There shall most likely be a swimming pool in most of the luxury facilities. Examples include your accommodation of choice: Oltukai Lodge and Satao Camp in Amboseli & Tsavo East National Parks respectively.

Receive our sincere apologies for the sudden change of plans on your last day, that was a logistical issue. We will make sure it doesn't happen again!

Thank you Camilo.

Jambo,

Natural World Kenya Safaris thanks you for giving us a chance to materialise your Nairobi City excursion to Giraffe Centre (home of endangered Rothschild’s Giraffes) & David Sheldrick elephant sanctuary (a place to delight in the most adorable creatures feeding from giant baby bottles). As well as your 7 days (6 nights) safari to Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru & Maasai Mara.

We appreciate both Henry & Clinton, your tour managers from our Nairobi Office, who did a great job in ensuring smooth communication during the planning process. We cannot forget your tour drivers Abubakar who guided you perfectly throughout your 7 days safari, and Bob who took you to experience your half day tour.

Asante Constanze & Christine from Singapore.

Received a great service from Natural World Kenya Safaris
5/5

I booked a Safari Tour (Tsavo East National Park) with Natural World Kenya Safaris through Martha and received an excellent service. Martha was quick to respond to all inquiries i had. A lot of information is also available as well on the website.

The driver, Harrison, is a great guy. He came to get us at the hotel not only on time but early (7:30 instead of 8:00). Calm, knowledgeable, it was great travelling with him.

I highly recommend Natural World Kenya Safaris

Go on a Safari with Evanson! Review of a 5-day Safari
5/5

We chose a 5-day Safari: Nairobi - Masai Mara - Amboseli - Mombasa. What an amazing experience!
First and foremost we want to thank Evanson - our tourguide - who not only brought us safely to our chosen destinations, but could tell us a lot about kenyan nature, wildlife and the country in general, as well. We started off with a pick up in Nairobi and could experience the 'african massage' (the roads leading to the Masai Mara can be quite bumpy) for the first time. We stayed in a tented camp ('Losokwan camp') right in the middle of the bushes. This camp hasn't got a fence surrounding it. Hence, wild animals cross the camp at night. That was at first a bit scary, but looking back a very exciting and awesome experience. Our game drives in the park with Evanson were great. We saw lots of lions, hyenas, giraffes, elephants, hippos, etc. From there we had a long ride to Amboseli and could catch a glimpse of the Kilimandscharo before the sun went down. In our gamedrives in the Amboseli National Park we werent't able to see as much animals, but still experienced some special moments. In Amboseli we stayed at the Kibo Safari Lodge, which was very comfortable, but not as exciting or extraordinary as Losokwan Camp. At the end of our 5 days, we were brought to the Emali train station and took the Madaraka Express to Mombasa - the end of our trip.
Summarized, we had an awesome safari. The communication pre- and post-booking with Patricia went very well. So, all in all we can really recommend Natural World Kenya Safaris as a company. You should ask for Evanson as your tourguide ;-)

Jambo Stefan Krahl from Germany,

Natural World Kenya Safaris appreciates your commendations on your knowledgeable tour guide & driver Evanson, as well as your hardworking tour manager Patricia.

It is true that in Losokwan Luxury Tented Camp hippos, elephants and buffaloes regularly graze around the tents presenting memorable and exciting moments for our guests. Also Mount Kilimanjaro, the largest mountain in Africa, towers over Amboseli National Park. And when the clouds burn off at dusk or dawn, you’ll be treated to visions of its snowy peak.

Kwaheri ya Kuonana!
