Perfect!
Natural World Kenya Safari's gave us a perfect holiday! It was perfect from beginning to end! Booking the safari was easy and communication was so smooth. Our guides were excellent, Joshua and Edward, they knew everything about the animals and made the experience so special. We stayed at Leopard hill lodge which was amazing! All the staff at Leopard hill lodge, Maureen, Wilson and Milton were super welcoming. The food was fantastic, chef Robert prepared delicious meals every day. I couldn't recommend Natural World Kenya Safari's and Leopard hill lodge enough!

Perfectly Organized and GREAT Kibo Safari Camp
Beforehand, all my emails were answered promptly and with all details needed. All our wishes (private jeep, children car seats, Kibo Safari Camp) were fulfilled. Safari guide was always on-time and acknowledged our small kids (3y, 1y) and the limits with them. The accommodation at Kibo Safari Camp was perfect. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Amboseli Nationalpark offered so many animals to watch, the Elephant groups were giant! The transports/pick-ups form Nairobi and to Mombasa/Diani Beach were running absolutely smoothly! We are very thankful for that experience!!!

Great experience!
I had a really good trip to Masai Mara with Natural World Kenya Safaris. The guide was really friendly and fun to travel with and he had a lot of knowledge about the animals and the park itself. I felt good taken care of during the whole trip, and both the car and the camp were comfortable and very nice! No complains :-)

All around well organized safari on a high level
Clear and fast communication (especially with Esther). Very well located noble lodge (Ashnil Mara) with excellent game drives. And on top of that we got nice presents for our guests. Transport also went smoothly. All animals seen, gladly again. Asante!

Tour of Masai Mara reserve exceeded our expectations.
Communications were good throughout. Transport arrived at our hotel as scheduled. We joined 2 others making a group of 4 which was perfect for our van leaving a little bit of rattle room - these vans are amazingly robust and can glide over most terrain. The guide, James, was very good throughout and all arrangements and timings worked out well. Our hotel at the Masai Mara (comfort level) was excellent. The safari was first class and exceeded our expectations. Our driver got us to the right place at the right time and nothing was too much trouble. We saw just about everything the Masai Mara has to offer - there seemed to be a special on fresh zebra and wildebeest because we saw numerous groups of cheetas and lions gorging themselves over the 2 days were were in the reserve. We also spotted a leopard sleeping in a tree! Overall an excellent tour and we have superb photographs to remind us of our safari

Confortable, funny and relaxed!
The communication was very good, they are always available and they answer to your questions very quickly! The service, the driver makes you fell like a very guest, they know to take care about the customer! One thing that for me was a little bit bad was that sometimes is a must that you have to give the tip or they ask you a tip, yes in a good way, but for me a tip is something more that if you want you can give! It's not a must!

If you do decide to choose your driver/guide at safari booking, we shall allocate him to your safari if available for the dates. If not, you can always make another choice or simply let us do it for you.
Our main goal is your satisfaction: providing you with the experience of a lifetime.
Individual waiters, porters, the driver/guide and other service providers may provide exemplary service and it is your discretion to decide to tip. The amount is dependent on your evaluation of the quality of the service rendered.

Great Safari with excellent guidance
We just came back from a 13 days safari in Kenya with Natural World Kenya Safaris and would like to share our experience. Safari was well organized and the response from the Tour Operator was Always timely and complete. Our questions were answered very quickly. The lodges were great and the visits and sights were exactly as hoped for. Our driver/guide Noah was knowledgable and patient. He was a very good companion and we enjoyed his good nature and fine humour. We very delighted with the areas visited, the quality of the accommodations and the food. We would recommand Natural World Kenya Safaris to the most demanding travellers.
We Always had the feeling we were special in the way we were treated and we definitely would go back on a safari with them.
They also took good care of us when we went to Mombasa at the end of our safari for the "Beach" part of our holiday.
We visited Samburu, Ole Pojeta, the Aberdares, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli where we got a glimse of Kilimanjaro, Tsavo West and Tsavo East. Wonderful parks and diversity of wildlife/landscapes. Can you tell we are in love with Kenya?

Smashed it!
Where to start... Communication was really good from start to finish. Patricia was really helpful and accommodating to our needs and replied quickly to our emails/messages.
The pickup from our hotel was prompt and Julius explained our itinerary to us and how long each journey would take.
Julius was a fantastic driver, really friendly and knowledgeable about the animals, community, culture and the area. We would highly recommend you request him! His driving was 10/10 as we had to go into a rather precarious position to see the leopard but he had it in hand!
The places we stayed were good although some were quite a lot quieter than others which was a shame but it cannot be helped. Food was good, a lot of variety and staff were always on hand to help. I would recommend getting quite a few 50/100/200 kes notes for tips as everyone wants to help you with bags or bring you drinks!
We loved the masaai village. Our one regret is that we didn't bring gifts from home for them. Things like colouring pencils/pads/pens local foods/sweets, socks, hats, even cheap flip-flops!
We had an amazing time and we were so happy that we managed to see everything. It was a long 5 days with a lot of driving but it was broken up really well with little activities.

Amazing 3-day Safari trip with our guide Joseph
Just returned from an amazing safari trip booked with Natural World Kenya Safaris. The company is very well organized from the booking on the website, to receiving further details through email and finally to setting up the pick up and drop off once we’re in Africa. Esther, who works in their offices, was very clear and great to work with in setting up our pickup from the hotel. Then our pickup from the hotel was very sharp as our amazing driver, Joseph M., had arrived early to make sure we wouldn’t be late. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide as Joseph is incredibly knowledgeable not just about the safari and all the animals but also about the city and culture around Nairobi and all of Kenya! We spent 3 days total with Joseph and in that time he was able to show us everything we wanted to see. A feat we didn’t expect to accomplish as, outside of the normal zebras/gazelle/wildebeest you see everywhere, we were able to catch a glimpse of: the 5 musketeers (cheetahs), a leopard, a couple rhinos and the infamous baby Tira (spotted zebra)!! Tira apparently migrated back to Tanzania the day after we saw her so it was amazing to get the chance to see such a rare zebra before she left the Masai Mara area. All in all it was an amazing safari experience and no doubt if and when we come back to Kenya we will be booking with Natural World and more specifically be requesting Joseph’s company again!
