The tour was well organized, when there were a few glitches they were speedily resolved. The service was excellent, warm and friendly. They communicated well and were open to questions. It was an amazing experience.

Very caring and detail-oriented in providing a great experience for guests.
Mission Tour and Travel provided me (and seemingly the other group members) a wonderful experience. Our guide did a great job in identifying and explaining the behaviors of the many animals we were able to see on our safari. He was courteous, friendly, and always asked if we were "okay to move on", making sure everyone had a chance to take the photos they wanted. I always felt very safe in his driving ability, knowledge and experience in knowing how close we could get to various species without putting anyone in danger while optimizing photo opportunities. The drives were so enjoyable even if wildlife was not evident at the moment. I have nothing but wonderful memories from my experience.

They want the group tour experience to be as good as they would want for a family member.
We have worked with Mission Tour and Travel for more than 20 years. They have always provided excellent service. They have made planning our group trips very easy, from making our lodging arrangements in Nairobi to fly-in safari bookings. They made it easy to customize our trips to meet the specific needs of our groups. Trips they have assisted with have ranged in size from just 2 persons to as large as 30 persons.

Kind, efficient, attentive.
From our arrival at Nairobi Airport to our departure 8 days later, we were treated excellently by Mission Tour and Travel. Our accommodations, safari experience, interactions with all personnel were wonderful. I have not a single complaint about their services or the experiences that we had. Amazing Service as our group explored Kenya
We have used Mission Tour and Travel since 2003. We have taken several groups of 24+ people to enjoy Nairobi and Maasai Mara. In addition, we have trusted them for smaller groups of 2 to 6 people exploring other parts of Kenya. Their attention to the needs of our group from pick up at JKIA through the details of lodging, in country flights, group meals, and safari experiences has been outstanding. We have recommended them to many others because of the quality service we have received. They also arranged travel in Tanzania for two of us on another occasion.
