We had an AMAZING time with Connect African Safaris! Everything from communications with Sheryl in creating our itinerary to the week itself with our guide, Boniface was smooth, easy, and beyond expectations. Sheryl was able to accommodate two couples with two different departure dates and made for great experiences and an extra special walking safari for the couple staying a bit longer. The safari itself was superb - all of our lodge stays were exceptional, extremely welcoming, clean and the food was excellent. Our tour guide, Boniface, was extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and helped us see so many animals in just a few days! We could not recommend Connect African Safaris enough.

More than i thought it would be.
The safari was great.We saw tons of animals, including a lion eating a zebra, lots of giraffes and a family of elephants that crossed the road right behind us.The accommodations were better than we expected and the staff was all very nice and helpful. All in all, it was a great experience for a really good price.

3 Day Short Exciting Tanzania Safari
Thanks to the team at Connect African Safaris, we loved this budget safari. My boyfriend and I had travelled to Tanzania for Mount Kilimanjaro trekking and we wanted to connect the National parks in Northern circuit.. We were picked from our hotel in Arusha by Msago, a very charismatic guy with many stories to tell. We were very grateful to be part of this short adventure and we did not get bored at all. The place we enjoyed the most was at the Ngorongoro crater where the experience was just surreal – so many animals in one space. . We also loved seeing the lions, giraffes and hippos in all the three parks. Overall it was a great trip though a bit short. Thanks to Connect African safaris again for their care and excellent organization skills especially during the ongoing exchange of emails that helped plan our trip to your choices and liking.

Fantastic Safari Experience
We have spent 2.5 days in Nyerere National Park. Already the drive from Dar-Es-Salaam to Nyerere was quite exciting and interesting. The lodge accomodation was fantastic, we slept very well and the food was delicious.
The boat safari and the full day game drive were an amazing experience - and we even saw lions!

From the moment we first made contact with them they made us feel important. They were patient and flexible with all the changes we kept making. Through the preparation, planning and during the trip they put our wishes and needs first, their focus was on giving us the best possible safari experience. My partner had mobility challenges when we arrived and our driver and guide was caring, attentive and helpful. Their service exceeded our expectations again and again. Omar was the person we dealt with and his service levels were exceptional. We travel a lot and have never experienced anything quite like this level of personalisation and caring. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Connect African Safaris reached out to us immediately. Halima, our tour operator, was wonderful. Very helpful in answering our questions before and during our safari. Our driver, Mr Moody, was very nice, funny, and full of interesting facts about the animals. Accommodations at Camp Bastian were very nice, and we were treated well by the staff. Food provided was good. Great experience for the price. Saw lots of animals - unfortunately we did not get to see a pride of lions, although on the first day we did see four sleeping female lions.

Well organised
Tour was well organised and communication was constant from bookings period, during the tour and even after return in Dar.
The Nyerere tented camp was good. Pretty new and comfortable. The food and service was good as well. Knowing it was the short raining season (but this time with heavy rains) we had a good time.

The safari tour was really well organized, everything has been taken care of: game drives, accomodations, food. We did a private safari and our driver did everything according to our wishes and needs. We saw amazing animals from super close, had nice lunch in the nature and we also liked staying at Camp Bastian: It was clean and the food was delicious. We would highly reccomend Connect African Safaris to anyone!
