Amazing trip in amazing country with amazing agency @ Ecovic Tours!
Over all the trip was great. We saw a lot of the country and a lot of birds and animals. The places we stayed were great and the staff at the different locations including Vincent, the manager at Ecovic Tours office were all friendly and very helpful. The Gorilla trekking was difficult but amazing and very worth it!!! Trekking to see the Chimpanzees and the Golden Monkeys were also amazing.
We were very surprised at the beautiful countryside and the variety of different wildlife in Uganda. From the Rhino Reserve, to Murchison Falls National Park, to Queen Elizabeth National Park the sightings were amazing. Definitely do the off-road experience in Queen Elizabeth State Park otherwise the lions and leopards are far away.
Bwindi with the Gorillas was a once in a life time experience. If you're not in shape, take the easy hike! The medium hike was 2.5 hours up and down in the steep forest- hire porter as they are a life saver. The hike out was another 2 hours straight up!
We really enjoyed the walking safari in Lake Mburo National Park. It was pretty amazing to walk with the giraffe, the zebras, and the other animals. If you like safaris, Uganda is a must! And Ecovic Tours is the best agency to plan your trip with!

What an amazing tour company, a wonderful and amazing trip
Ecovic Tours and Travel Uganda really delivered on a wonderful trip for us. The accommodations were all great. All the food & meals were excellent. Our tour guide Gerald was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable throughout our whole trip. He also made sure to help us with our trip checklist of animals we hoped to see, including Gorillas, Chimps, the big five and a shoebill stork on our way to the airport! So cool! What an amazing trip!

Great experiences and memories with Ecovic Tours!
My boyfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful 7-days trip in Uganda thanks to Ecovic Tours: our driver Gerald followed us explaining all the beauties of this country. He was always accomodating, friendly and careful towards us. Two unforgettable experiences above all: the chimpanzee and the gorilla trekking! All the lodges were simple but clean and comfortable. Despite the length of the daily transfers, we loved the stunning views from the car and we always felt safe. I recommend to choose Ecovic Tours for your next travel to Uganda!

Memories to last a lifetime!
Ecovic Tours went above and beyond to provide the most amazing 14 day safari for my fiancé and me! Truly, every day brought something new and spectacular. We talked to other travelers who would bemoan not seeing the leopards, we saw two! We heard people say that the tree climbing lions had left the Ishasha sector, but we saw them and cubs! Frank was our friend and guide for the 14 days and he always found what we were looking for, I am so grateful we were with him! Victor was very helpful in setting everything up and providing clear communication. He was very patient with us, as we sorted out a payment issue upon arrival. And for anyone unsure about the best way to wire funds, I’ve learned that the Wise app is best for transferring money from the US to Stanbic Bank, after my bank wouldn’t wire, and other apps charged exorbitantly high fees or used poor exchange rates. Victor and Frank also worked together to get our delayed luggage delivered to us in rapid order! I couldn’t believe how smoothly they make everything work. It was the trip of a lifetime, and though I’m home now, I still relive the moments, and am forever grateful for the experiences provided by Ecovic Tours!

Amazing trip, wonderful experience and fantastic family holidays!!!
We (my husband, daughter and I) recently returned from a 10-days trip in Uganda. From the very first interaction with manager Vincent, through the planning stages to finalizing our itinerary, everything was seamless. One of our reasons for choosing Ecovic Tours and Travel Uganda was its exceptional value for money. We arranged a private tour for our family and manager Vincent was very attentive in listening to our ideas and making helpful suggestions for our trip all within our budget and timeframe. It was a great balance between busy days and travel days. Our guide Samuel was fantastic and made a special effort to ensure our daughter was having a wonderful experience. He went above and beyond in every way possible and exceeded all our expectations. The food and accomodation was excellent. All the staff we met along the way were exceptional. All our experiences including the safaris, boat tours, treks with gorillas, chimps and Rhinos were amazing. One of the main reasons for coming to Uganda was the opportunity to do the gorilla trek and manager Vincent was instrumental in helping arrange the perfect gorilla family for us to see. We were so impressed with Ecovic Tours and Travel Uganda and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you manager Vincent and guide Samuel for the most wonderful trip!!

What an amazing 09 days in Uganda with Ecovic Tours & Travel Uganda! We booked the 09-Uganda Primates & Wildlife Safari.
My partner and I were lucky enough to be shown around by our wonderful guide, Gerald. Gerald was warm and friendly from the first day to the last. Each day was filled with new information, enthusiasm and pleasant conversation. We always felt that our interest was the priority and Gerald would do whatever he could to accommodate. We were even invited for Gerald’s birthday - something which was very interesting! The tour itself was well organised with Vincent answering any questions we had beforehand. It is great value for the incredible experience. We would highly recommend Ecovic Tours & Travel Uganda!

Unforgettable experience, incredible service
I HIGHLY recommend Ecovic Tours. They were the least expensive trekking company I could find for my own personal gorilla trek in Uganda (including permits) - without compromising on service at all. From the start, the Ecovic Tours staff was extremely responsive to all of my messages. My guide, Richard, showed up promptly and on-time and was great - very easy to talk to and friendly, but also didn’t mind giving me space to just zone out and listen to music. I was traveling solo and safety was a priority for me; I always felt safe with Richard and comfortable being by myself!

Exceptional
From booking to drop off the entire package was amazing. Gerald was a kind soul and a wealth of information. It was a tour right from the pick up in Entebbe. Gerald sharing knowledge of the lands and people. We made stops along the way, and stops on the way back and for cultural activities. Truly was amazing and the gorilla trekking was outstanding! Excellent service from an amazing company, with incredible communication from the outset
Our safari was customised, by Ecovic Tours & Travel Uganda, to suit our requirement of both Gorilla Trekking and Chimpanzee tracking. After arriving very late due to airline problems (nothing to do with Ecovic Tours & Travel Uganda}, Vincent and Patricia went well out of their way to ensure that we had a very good holiday, missing nothing out of our itinerary.
They organised a very nice hotel for us at a reasonable cost when we were a little stranded in the wrong place. Justine our driver/guide was excellent, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We had an amazing holiday after a disastrous start, thanks to Ecovic Tours & Travel Uganda.
We were never left wondering at anytime as Justine kept us well informed and when possible gave us choices.
Gorilla Trekking was incredible and although I am not the fittest person, but with help from porters i was able to make it to see the Gorillas and Chimpanzees.
I would not hesitate to use this company again and I highly recommend it to everyone who would like to visit Uganda.
