Very professional and good service
We booked our safari to Ambrose like with this tour operator. From the start the communication was great and friendly. They gave us all information we needed and response was fast. The price of the tour was reasonable as we compared with other agency. The rooms at the hotel and staff were all good. We did enjoy our holiday and I 100% recommend this agency

Great safari experience and knowledgeable guide
We had an amazing safari with my family in Masai mara National reserve. Safari update travels arranged everything from hotel, game drives and transfer from Nairobi.
We lucky to spots lots of wildlife including lions, cheetah, Leopard, giraffe, elephants and so many more cheers to understanding and knowledgeable guide we had.
The hotel choice too was great, nice rooms and good meals.
I highly recommend safari update travels if you are planning for a safari in Kenya.

Amazing tour with guide James Jichina
This tour was amazing for us, starting with the very good communication with Silas via Whatsapp to organize and then with James Jichina, our very skilled and caring guide. With him we saw the big 5 and lots of other animals, especially lions in action (trying to hunt, eating and mating). Enkorok Camp was beautiful, the accomodation is clean and comfortable and we had a very good time in this safari. I 100% recommend Safari Update Travels and James Jichina!

Most beautiful experience in our live
We went on a 3-day safari in the Masai Mara National Reserve with Safari Update Travel. We booked the tour from Germany. The communication in advance was super straightforward and all questions were answered within a few minutes. Also the payment was problem-free. We can only say one thing about the tour itself: WOW! Everything went perfectly from start to finish. Our guide was very experienced and professional. Our tour group was also just perfect. We had so much fun in the 3 days that we were sad at the end that this tour was now over. We were very lucky in the park itself. From elephants to lions and cheetahs to rhinos and hyenas, we really saw everything. Our guide Fred always tried very hard to take us to the best places and shared a lot of background information with us. Our highlight was watching 5 cheetahs eating and spotting the rare rhino. The Jambo Mara Lodge, where we stayed overnight, was also excellent. We can really recommend this tour to everyone. It couldn't have been better. Thank you very much!

GREAT SERVICE!!ENJOYED MY TIME
I'd like to thank Safari Update Travels for an amazing trip we had during the 1st week of July. I had some concerns transferring money to the unknown company but on fact everything starting from meet&greet in the airport and to the end of our travel has been perfectly arranged. Special thanks to our driver Nelson which was very patient and punctual.
We had amazing 7 days of safari travelling around various parks and staying in amazing hotels. In my opinion the the route was organized in a best possible way and we managed to see 5 different places in 7 days.
The weather was perfect. Parks were not crowded at all by that period of year while there were plenty of animals in all the parks.
It was a big surprise for us to get same pleasant gifts by the end of our tour.

AMAZING SAFARI
Safari Update Travels facilitated our first trip to the continent and it couldn’t have been a more wonderful experience. I recommend avoiding this tour operator
We took a family trip with this operator in July of 2024. We paid more than was required by the operator and the operator has since refused to refund us the overcharge. The operator has also been unpleasant to deal with. I recommend avoiding this tour operator and finding a different tour.
