It was great!
Well being my first time with Safari update travels, I appreciate the way you communicate with clients, you gave us an ample time to clear the balances, you waited for us to arrive on the dday, no pressure, no frequent calls, no client was left.
I appreciate the fact that we could carry anything, in terms of snacks,
Plus the drivers were really good your guides, I mean I learnt a lot from our driver, he was very very good, he made sure we had a chance of seeing every animal that was in sight.

Excellent Experience
An excellent Experience just like I had imagined with our friends. We were updated from start until the end of the game drive. The staff, right from the Driver were very professional and friendly. We learned a lot in the park (Nairobi National Park). We were lucky to see the big five, apart from the elephant which is not in the park.
We also learned a lot about how to know the differentiate the gender of some animals.
In the end, we all had a perfect experience that all my friends loved!

Picked me up from my house and dropped me off there as well. The whole experience was excellent, They booked us in one of the best Hotel in the Masai Mara. (Jambo Mara) Everything indicated in the package was included. The game drive in the Mara is a worthwhile adventure. I highly recommend them, they are experts in what they do. My tour guide/safari driver was very good. A very friendly person and was very informative about the safari. A learned a lot from him about the animals and the culture in Kenya. We became very good friends on the trip. He was also very flexible with my schedule and with my desired itinerary.
The overall service was reliable and exceeded my expectations. The vehicle was very comfortable and the accommodation was amazing.
I did the safari trip solo, so I was concerned at first with my safari planning. But Safari Update Travels was so good to me. They made my safari experience a once in a life time experience which I will never forget. Thank you!

One of the best tour company i have travelled with for a very long time.
The Tour coordinator was in constant touch with us from the day we approached him for Quote till the day we departed. We opted for tailor made package, and seems to be cheaper compared to other tour operators around.
They welcomed us at Nairobi Airport. The driver was introduced to us who was with us for 4 days /3nights. The driver was very knowledgeable and explained us each and every detail about the animals we saw throughout out journey. Mr.Silas was very ready to assist in every information I enquired about the safari.
We were a group of 6 friends who had booked our safari package from Sweden with Safari Update Travels for January. And I must say, the overall experience was nothing short of excellent. Right from the initial contact and understanding the best itinerary, to the customization for our needs, and the service we received when we were there. Everything was just great. They were always extremely polite and accommodating. The Camp booked was excellent. Our driver and guide, Mark, was very well aware of the landscape, friendly with the locals and an extremely safe driver.

Marvelous experience
Words alone can not describe the ultimate experience from Safari travels. My trip was marvelous and was a straight ten over ten. The team has a vibrant team, they offer the best services, snacking along the way courtesy of the Company, best team building coach and activities, 24 hour hydration during your activities since the team provides enough water and lastly the best meals that are organized by the company.

Wonderful safari!
Everything was just amazing. Manager Silas was super supprotive and provided all the necessary advise prior to booking. We saw all of The Big 5 and much more: lions, elephants, buffalos, giraffes at a very close distance. Our guide was super proffesional and knew where to go in order to find animals. The hotel was also great and very comfortable, with glass walls and swimming pool. Highly recommend this company for organizing your safari trip.
