I was sceptical at first I must admit when we placed the booking , I perused social media pages etc but had to just decide to see what happens and it was nothing shot of amazing. Arthur went above and beyond all the time and nothing was a bother. He took everything within his stride and was always punctual and courteous. Dilo has the patience of a saint and I could never fault him. The whole experience as a whole was marvellous. We saw the Africa they never show you on TV and ASM made it all happen.
I didn’t know what to expect when communicating with Arthur but from the one that we landed in Victoria falls Arthur and his team where nothing but amazing. They welcomed us like family loved us and showed us the most amazing time even though we were demanding never on time for our itinerary and always gave them a hard time. Arthur you and your team are a dream come true we organised activities for young and old seamlessly and everyone had the time of their lives - thank you and amazing isn’t enough to show our gratitude but know that we will carry this for life and we will always remember the experience you brought to life for us ❤️❤️❤️

TEAM ARTHUR WAS FANTASTIC. THEY WERE WAITING FOR US AT VIC FALLS AIRPORT. THEY TOOK US, THE MUNASHE TEN, TO ELEPHANT HILLS HOTEL. LATER THEY TOOK US FOR OUR BOAT CRUISE DINNER. THEY BROUGHT US BACK TO OUR HOTEL. THEY TOOK US TO SEE THE MIGHTY VIC FALLS. THEY TOOK US TO THE BOTSWANA BORDER FOR OUR BOTSWANA TOUR. THEY WERE THERE TO TAKE US TO OUR HOTEL LATER. THEY TOOK US TO OUR BREAKFAST CRUISE AND BACK. FINALLY THEY TOOK US TO THE AIRPORT BACK TO HARARE. THEY WERE THERE FOR US ON TIME. TEAM ARTHUR KEEP IT UP, YOU WERE FA NTASTIC

Helpful and efficient throughout the trip
Our guide Artur and Bernard who drove us around were perfect hosts. The trip went so smoothly from the airport pick up to when we were dropped off. Artur accommodated any changes and requests, was always smiling and available. We packed quite a few things in our 4 day trip including microflights over the Victoria falls, Safari over the border in Botswana and crossing to Zambia to see the falls from the other side. Artur was there every step of the way and dealt with any administrative burdens which happened along the way. Would highly recommend ASM Travel to anyone travelling to Victoria falls.

Our guide Artur was perfect host, and Bernard (and rest of drivers) who drove us around make a perfect team. Artur accommodated any changes and requests, was always smiling and available. In our 4 days trip we did lot of activities and Arthur was always prepared for any unexpected changes and always giving us his best smile... he became one of us! Activities done: flying over the VFA with microlights, visiting Botswana for game drive , crossing to Zambia to see the falls from the other side, swim in Devil's pools. Artur was there every step of the way and dealt with any administrative burdens which happened along the way. Would highly recommend ASM Travel to anyone travelling to Victoria falls.

He went the extra mile, every time.
Arthur and the team did a great job to ensure we were comfortable whether it was at the hotel or during activities. The logistics were planned effectively and I cannot recall any instance where we were inconvenienced by any waiting times. Arthur also went out of his way to assist with immigration related issues faced by myself and proactively sought to resolve them well in advance to ensure the trip itinerary was not affected. Arthur gives honest recommendations regarding the activities we should sign up for and always makes his best effort to secure the most reasonable deals considering safety and experience.
I would recommend Arthur and ASM Travel to anyone looking to visit the Falls and would definitely book again with him when i return.

Reliable and legit tour operator.
Arthur was reliable and trustworthy. We had a great experience in Zimbabwe. I would have enjoyed more tips about best places to do shopping and local meals to try.
