Courteous, true to description as everything was as promised
Arthur was thorough throughout the 3 days. Each day was packed with activities and fun filled trips, including many options to other activities. He attended to two people as much as he would to a head of elephants! Thank you Arthur for the memorable time. We enjoyed every part of our time with you.

He went the extra mile, every time.
Arthur and the team did a great job to ensure we were comfortable whether it was at the hotel or during activities. The logistics were planned effectively and I cannot recall any instance where we were inconvenienced by any waiting times. Arthur also went out of his way to assist with immigration related issues faced by myself and proactively sought to resolve them well in advance to ensure the trip itinerary was not affected. Arthur gives honest recommendations regarding the activities we should sign up for and always makes his best effort to secure the most reasonable deals considering safety and experience.
I would recommend Arthur and ASM Travel to anyone looking to visit the Falls and would definitely book again with him when i return.

Fantastic
Our guide Artur was perfect host, and Bernard (and rest of drivers) who drove us around make a perfect team. Artur accommodated any changes and requests, was always smiling and available. In our 4 days trip we did lot of activities and Arthur was always prepared for any unexpected changes and always giving us his best smile... he became one of us! Activities done: flying over the VFA with microlights, visiting Botswana for game drive , crossing to Zambia to see the falls from the other side, swim in Devil's pools. Artur was there every step of the way and dealt with any administrative burdens which happened along the way. Would highly recommend ASM Travel to anyone travelling to Victoria falls.

Helpful and efficient throughout the trip
