I was sceptical at first I must admit when we placed the booking , I perused social media pages etc but had to just decide to see what happens and it was nothing shot of amazing. Arthur went above and beyond all the time and nothing was a bother. He took everything within his stride and was always punctual and courteous. Dilo has the patience of a saint and I could never fault him. The whole experience as a whole was marvellous. We saw the Africa they never show you on TV and ASM made it all happen.
I didn’t know what to expect when communicating with Arthur but from the one that we landed in Victoria falls Arthur and his team where nothing but amazing. They welcomed us like family loved us and showed us the most amazing time even though we were demanding never on time for our itinerary and always gave them a hard time. Arthur you and your team are a dream come true we organised activities for young and old seamlessly and everyone had the time of their lives - thank you and amazing isn’t enough to show our gratitude but know that we will carry this for life and we will always remember the experience you brought to life for us ❤️❤️❤️

TEAM ARTHUR WAS FANTASTIC. THEY WERE WAITING FOR US AT VIC FALLS AIRPORT. THEY TOOK US, THE MUNASHE TEN, TO ELEPHANT HILLS HOTEL. LATER THEY TOOK US FOR OUR BOAT CRUISE DINNER. THEY BROUGHT US BACK TO OUR HOTEL. THEY TOOK US TO SEE THE MIGHTY VIC FALLS. THEY TOOK US TO THE BOTSWANA BORDER FOR OUR BOTSWANA TOUR. THEY WERE THERE TO TAKE US TO OUR HOTEL LATER. THEY TOOK US TO OUR BREAKFAST CRUISE AND BACK. FINALLY THEY TOOK US TO THE AIRPORT BACK TO HARARE. THEY WERE THERE FOR US ON TIME. TEAM ARTHUR KEEP IT UP, YOU WERE FA NTASTIC

Amazing, Organised and Trustworthy
Arthur and Team were amazing. Extremely well planned tours. Lots of options with the ability to customise accordingly. We did he Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana tours with them and we really had an amazing time. In a nutshell - its just peace of mind - all aspects of the trip are taken care off :)

Excellent service from Arthur and ASM
Arthur arranged a helicopter flight of Angels with MJ Air over the Victoria Falls and a white water rafting experience with Shockwave for me and my 3 children. ASM were fantastic and efficient and arranged our flight for less than any other quote I could obtain. Both MJ Air and Shockwave white water rafting were excellent as well with exceptionally friendly , professional and well trained staff. I can highly recommend Arthur and ASM and their associated activity providers. Excellent value for money!

My bro-in-law had some good ‘boys time’ together in Vic Falls. Arthur and team ensured that we really enjoyed a number of agreed activities ranging from game reserve drive to bungee jumping on the Zim-Zam border. A smooth and joyful experience! We recommend.
