The adventure of a lifetime!
I went to Kenya with my mother. We and our family joined a lot of tour in the past around the world. I’ve never met such a spontaneous, genuine, kind, informative person as Mr. Johnson is. He welcomed us with warm and professionality. He’s been always thoughtful and attentive to our needs. He never said no to our requests and he done his best to make sure we were happy and fully satisfied. We booked a Safari in Amboseli National Park and we saw all the animals we wanted. That’s all thanks to the great experience of the guide. He could recognize and predict the behavior of the animals and spot the perfect place to stay to see and take photos like in a documentary movie. Not only we had an amazing experience inside the park but Mr. Johnson is also a great human being. He never feel tired to talk about all kind of topic. He share real wisdom with us. Of course he’s a very discreete person so if you like silence he can be also very respectful and sober. He’s also a very good driver. He always drived in safety and adapted his drive inside the park in order to give us as much comfort as possible and be respectful towards the animal. I'll defenetely reccomend to book a private tour. It'll worth every single money you will spent. The most important thing to me is that i’ve never felt like he was doing that only for job. He really enjoyed to spent time with people and guide them. When i’ll come back for another safari i won’t have doubt to choose again Mr Johnson Mule!

The perfect, safari tour guide who made my experience more than I had ever expected.
My 6 day safari with Lion Rider was an unforgettable experience with Johnson as my tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and reliable. During the planning before my trip he answered all of my questions and provided the assistance needed inorder to book the tour. The hotel & lodge accommodations were impressive. The safari was incredible. I saw lots of wildlife from the big 5 to the smallest and prettiest bird. Johnson's knowledge of every animal, various trees & plants and Kenya was incredible. It was money well spent and I honestly thought I had under paid. I do plan to go on another safari in the future with Lion Rider Tours.

Johnson is the epitome of excellence and 5 stars is not enough!
Traveling to a place I’ve always dreamed of across the world I was nervous. No travel service, just went on and researched safaris, read reviews and found my self on Lion Rider tours again and again. Sent in a request for a quote and Johnson responded right away. We connected via what’s ap and communication was consistent and informative. He answered any questions from the very beginning. We were picked up at our hotel and spent 6 days visiting Maisa Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli. Johnson’s knowledge of the different species of animals was remarkable and his patience with me wanting to capture the moments, I will always be grateful for. He knew where the animals would be and would tell us about each one in detail. I would highly recommend Lion-rider tours to anyone. Plan on riding with them again in the future.

Lion Rider Tours provided the perfect safari experience.
We enjoyed a 2 day safari with Lion Rider Tours in February of 2023. It was an amazing experience. Johnson was our tour guide. I can't imagine a better guide. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and an amazing person. We were picked up in Nairobi and driven to the Masai Mara. The drive was comfortable and enjoyable. The Masai Mara was beautiful and Johnson knew all of the best places to visit in the park. We saw lions, elephants, cheetahs, hippos, and everything else you can imagine. All the while Johnson was giving us interesting facts and enhancing our experience with his knowledge and affable nature. The hotel we stayed at was beautiful and right on the edge of the park, there were zebras wandering through the grounds. The room was comfortable and the food was very good. It was an amazing experience. I would recommend Lion Rider Tours and Johnson to anyone without reservation.

Mr. Johnson is an amazing guide and driver.
Our guide, Johnson, possessed an extensive knowledge of the local flora and fauna. He effortlessly shared captivating stories about each animal we encountered, enlightening us with fascinating details about their behaviors, habitats, and conservation efforts. His ability to spot wildlife from a distance was truly astounding, allowing us to witness incredible sightings we could have easily missed on our own.
Johnson's enthusiasm for his job was infectious. He exuded genuine excitement with every new discovery, and his passion for wildlife conservation was evident in his explanations and discussions. He made sure we understood the delicate balance of the ecosystem and the importance of protecting these incredible creatures and their habitats for future generations.

Unforgettable Safari Experience
We had a perfect 7 day safari with Lion Riders, visiting Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and the Masai Mara.
Our guide, Johnson, was extremely friendly and kind and ensured we had an unforgettable experience. He is very knowledgeable and has lots of stories to share, both about the wildlife and culture. He also has an incredible ability to spot animals from a great distance, meaning we got to see all of the animals we were hoping to (including two sightings of leopards, which are very good at hiding!). We always got the best spot for sightings, including the perfect viewpoint to watch the wildebeest crossing the Mara River during the migration. Johnson also found great positions for us to take photos of the sunrise and the animals.
All of the lodges Johnson recommended were brilliant too, and the 4x4 was comfortable.
We were very well looked after throughout the week and would highly recommend Johnson and Lion Riders to anyone! :)

Excellent, well organised and professional of guiding.
Amazing safari, many animals and interesting plants were shown. I learned a lot about biology and life of Massai Mara animals. Everything was prefect. We spent three beautiful days on safari enjoying the good food and nice accommodation.
