My wife and I completed an enjoyable once in a lifetime 8 day safari during December holidays. It is important to note that our Safari guides were exceptional and outstanding. These gentlemen went above and beyond each and everyday to ensure everything went smoothly making our trip safe and a success. 6 – Our focus as a family in the next few years is to visit each one of the Kenyan National Parks, one Park/ Reserve every school holidays! From the minute that we met your guides , we knew that we were going to have an amazing trip now and in future. Their personality was unmatched and their passion and enthusiasm remained extremely positive and high throughout the entire safari. Our journey to Masai Mara National Reserve was filled with laughter and educational information about the history and culture of the Masai people. Our family had a lot of questions; each of these questions was answered clearly. During the safari this guides continued to demonstrate why they are such special guides. They navigated the roads extremely well!

We have just returned from the three Rift Valley Lakes Safari [
Lakes Naivasha, Nakuru and Bogoria ] plus wildlife tracking in Masai
Mara. We want to thank you for a fantastic and well-organised holiday.

Excellent Customer Experience
My workmates and I recently visited Amboseli National Park. This visit was made possible by Grey Impala Safaris who custom made a package for us. From the initial moment we made contact with them via phone to the time we paid them a visit in their offices to plan this visit to Amboseli Park, everything was handled professionally. They took time to explain to us in detail about the whole safari and what to expect. This to us was very important because we had so many questions about the trip and they managed to respond to our queries which made us get so excited about the trip. During the trip, the driver who also happens to be a tour guide made our stay at the National Park very memorable. The driver took us round the park enjoying bird watching and game viewing (especially large herds of elephants, buffalos, lions, zebras). The driver also took us to a nice spot referred to as observation hill which allows an overall view of the whole park especially the swamps and elephants. We also got spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro which was quite beautiful. We also had an opportunity to camp and interact with the Maasai people for a day which made us appreciate their indigenous culture and lifestyle. Kudos to Grey Impala Safaris and in particular Felix our Driver/Tour guide who made the whole experience unforgettable!
