Friendly, Easy and Efficient
Did 3 days Murchison Falls NP with Lulu. Planned things with Elvis. He was very responsive, understanding and flexible. Met him, very friendly. Samuel guided me. He is very professional, knowledgeble, easy going, reliable and a great human being. A great company, had a lot of chat on many things. He knows when to give space. Had a very pleasant and memorable trip. Both made sure all the time that I was fine. It was nice of Elvis to show up at the end to see me off.

Very professional agency with friendly and helpful staff
I had a great experience touring with Lulu Safaris. The tour guide, Robert, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend Lulu for those seeking a relaxing and stress-free tour in East Africa.

Professional, on-time, dedicated, knowledgeable professionals.
Solo traveler traveling through Kenya, Elvis was top notch in building the trip plan for 10 days and understood my needs of seeking more adventure than leisure. He linked me up with Tony Cruize to be my main guide, words can’t express how great he was. Listened to the customer and what I wanted to do and adapted on the fly, was always there to make sure I was safe l, even hiked up a mountain with me, he didn’t have to. That’s how far he went to ensure I was safe and having a blast which I did. Book either Lulu or Tony for future Kenya trips and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

The Best Tour Operator in Africa!
Lulu Safaris is phenomenal! From the beginning of us planning to us being on our actual trekking, Elivs stayed in touch with me and answered any questions or concerns I had promptly and friendly. He made the travel and transfers extremely easy, all you have to do is show up and Elvis and his team do the rest of the work for you. Our tour guide, Samuel, was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. Gorilla Trekking is a life changing event and Elvis and his team make sure that you have the best experience possible. Lulu Safaris makes things so easy for tourists and you can tell he's truly passionate about making sure everyone has the best experience possible. Book with this group...you will not be disappointed! They are fun, compassionate, have in depth knowledge of the animals and the land in Africa. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would. Hands down the best decision for us to choose them for our tour!!! Don't hesitate to book with them - you will be impressed how Elvis and his team go above and beyond to make sure you have an experience of a lifetime!

Amazing, eye-opening experience with our friendly and professional guide, Samuel.
LuLu Safaris gave us the experience of a lifetime. We had very specific requirements (we needed to come back to Kampala for a wedding in the middle of a 9 day safari), and Elvis was very accommodating with the logistics, even though we had to make several changes to our itinerary before arriving. Communication was always prompt and there was never any issue making the changes we needed.
Our time in Uganda was a combination of game drives, Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, boat cruises, chimp trekking and gorilla trekking. All of which were fantastic for their own reasons, but the Gorilla trekking truly is a once in a lifetime experience that photos can’t do justice. On our game drives we saw a lot of giraffes, buffalo, antelope, warthogs, monkeys of various types, hippos, elephants, a few lions and even a leopard (and innumerable birds, including the country’s eponymous grey crowned crane). We even had a magical moment on our Kazinga channel cruise where we saw a family of 7 elephants come down to the water to drink.
We had a wonderful time with our driver and guide, Samuel, who was with us through Murchison, Bwindi and Queen Elizabeth. He was a super nice guy, really knowledgable about the animals and was always able to spot things which we could barley see. Samuel also had a great spirit of hospitality (as did everyone we met in Uganda!), was very friendly and always made sure we were on schedule. He was even able to source us another vehicle within 1 hr when our car had clutch trouble on the last day. He made every effort to make sure we had a seamless experience, and we did! He also made sure we had opportunities to stop and buy fruit and snacks from street vendors which was a fun part of the experience.
Booking direct with LuLu is also great value for money. Some friends did a similar tour but booked with through a US agency and it was almost 2x the price. For having a driver and guide 24 hours a day, accommodation with three meals included, this was a really good deal.
I would absolutely recommend to anyone else considering Africa to try LuLu safaris.
