Perfect Safari
5/5

We saw a cheetah with a young one, a leopard with a young one, a lion pride resting after a kill, hyenas and jackals finishing the kill, another attempted kill by a lion at sunset, and huge numbers of elephants. We didn't see tons of wildebeests or zebras, but that came later. And Mara Fairmont was beautiful. A perfect view over the river where you could watch hippos as you ate/drank. And the staff was beyond generous. The food left something to be desired, but not a whole lot Sino Africa can do about that one. From Nairobi to hotel took us about 6-7 hours. But the last 2-3 hours there is at least animal viewing. There are also a couple of stops where you can look at some African crafts if you're so inclined.
The Mbalageti lodge is the most beautiful one we stayed in with views that can't be matched. And the western part of the Serengeti park is really beautiful with thousands of wildebeests and zebras. Can't say enough about that lodge and well worth the long drive from Maasai Mara. Even with the drives, we would strongly, strongly recommend seeing both Maasai Mara and the Serengeti.
After our second night at Mbalageti, we had a long drive to Ngorongoro. But this one is the easiest drive as it's all in the park. And the central part of the Serengeti is a great chance to see leopards (we were lucky enough to see two). The arrival at Ngorongoro is incredibly impressive. And the crater offers your best chance to see the elusive rhino.
Long winded, I know. So to summarize, Sino Africa was everything we had hoped for and could have expected. We recommend them very much!

Incredible
5/5

This was one of our favorite trips. Vincent and his team did an amazing job in planning or safari. All the details were covered and we had a seamless trip. This was the best experience I've ever had with a travel agent. Everything we requested was well addressed, details we didn't even think about were already handled and their suggestions were all spot-on. We stayed in beautiful tented camps, amazing food and fantastic staff. The guides showed not only their knowledge in spotting the animals but gave us incredible stories of their past experiences in the wild.
I have nothing but the best things to say about the work of this travel team, their planning was impeccable; they know the regions and services, and they stay with you through the ups and downs of planning and delivering on what was promised.

More than we expected! All thanks to Vincent
5/5

We had a great time in Kenya and all because of the wonderful safari we booked through Sino Africa Safari. We booked everything online and were on constant touch with Vincent on WhatsApp. He willingly answered all our queries and also was happy to offer extra services we asked for.
Our safari was very comfortable and our Tour Guide Michael was amazing he took extra efforts and drove the vehicle on off beaten routes where we could see animals from a close proximity. We saw so many vehicles were lined up at one corner and we were the lucky ones who went further for better view. We saw all big 5s and were fully satisfied.
Landcruiser was well-kept and clean, we had a very comfortable ride. (Book Land cruisers only, as only these vehicles can go on off beaten paths, with Matadors you would be stuck on set paths)
2 hotels which they booked for us in Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru was amazing and we were able to get good vegetarian options.

Perfect 6 night safari in Kenya and Tanzania
5/5

As an initial matter, Vincent is one of the most responsive people on e-mail I've met - which is saying a lot. This was very much appreciated as my wife and I planned our honeymoon and constantly changed the accommodation and route we wanted to take.
Sino Africa is very flexible in that respect as well. We spent two nights in Maasai Mara in Kenya (at Ashnil Mara Lodge), two nights in the Serengeti in Tanzania (Mbalageti Lodge), one night in Ngorongoro (the Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge) and one night in Amboseli back in Kenya (at the Ol Tukai Lodge).
In Maasai Mara, we had Daniel as our private driver/guide. He was very easy to speak with, knew the animals and where to find them, and was generally a great guide. Maasai Mara is significantly smaller than the Serengeti, but is beautiful and less regulated than the Tanzania parks - allowing us to get closer looks at the animals. That's not to say that Sino Africa safari did any off-roading or anything, just that there are more off-trail roads that get you closer to the animals.
Serengeti was perfect as well! We love animals, and we will visit back when the global situation is better. Thank you Sino Africa Safari!

15-day Kenya-Tanzania safari...WOW
5/5

In Tanzania, we followed the northern circuit: Serenageti (Western Corridor and Seronera), Olduvai Gorge, Ngorongoro Crater & Lake Manyara. We returned to Kenya via Amboseli, then spent the final 5-days in Tsavo East, at Bigi camp on the Galana River. For elephant lovers who enjoy being in the middle of remote wilderness, Bigi Camp is for you.
A few highlights: spent 2-nights at Sarova Mara. The buffet alone would make this a destination, but add Masai Mara and brace yourself for stellar experiences. In the Serengeti, we stayed at Mbalageti Lodge. The sweeping views across the plains of Serengeti are unbeatable. A lion spent the night under our cabin, and its low rumblings kept waking us up…but we didn’t complain! At the Bigi Camp, we loved observing tuskers wandering around the tents. As vegetarians, we were pleased to see that most of the buffets at the lodges we stayed were free of animal products.

5/5

Sino Africa took good care of us, from the first day to the last day. One of my family member is very picky on food, Sino Africa prepared speical meal with hotel. The office called us everyday to care about us, driver did his best to make us happy, and finally we became friend! Sino Africa Safari is really not just a safari company, but you could feel the warmth from them. We will come back to Africa, and go with them again!

A very meaningful trip to Africa
5/5

We came to Africa to see the birthplace of mankind, but also the Great Rift Valley of East Africa. During this trip, we not only saw the top five African countries, we saw a lot of animals, but also went to the local orphanage school! I want to especially thank Sino Africa for the special arrangements. We brought many pencils, erasers and textbooks. We hope to pass our love to these children and let them know that there will be a way out and a future! Finally, thanks again to Sino Africa Safari, we will be back!

Beautiful Kenya
5/5

We came to Kenya, hoping to see a different Africa. Kenya really makes people feel that the combination of man and nature makes people feel that everything can go in. Thank you for recommending the itinerary by the Sino Africa. The four of us think the itinerary is very good, the driver is very good, and the hotel is very luxurious, especially the Fairmont Mara Safari Club is very distinctive. Thank you for calling and taking care of us every day along the way, we will continue to come back!

The Tsavo Sanctuary Lumo Community is the highlight! !!
5/5

Our trip was to go on a wildlife conservation trip. We went to the Tsavo Lumo Reserve and not only saw the four largest Africans (except rhinos), but also planted trees. The African Wildlife Foundation and the local community participated in our wildlife conservation. activity! We find it very, very meaningful!
We saw the Big Five again in Masai Mara and thought the animal world was amazing! A trip to Africa is amazing! We will be back!

The Flamingos at Lake Bogoria is amazing!
5/5

We specialize in photographing birds. We are very satisfied with the itinerary arranged by Sino Africa Safari. We went to Lake Bogoria and took many pictures of flamingos. The nature is amazing and it is too spectacular! We also went to Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara and Amboseli! Our driver is also very professional, very patient and cooperates with us. Whenever we want to take a picture, he will turn off the car and then wait for us to take a picture quietly! We really appreciate the arrangements of the travel agency! After the epidemic has passed, we will return!
