Amazing customer experience
I knew the company because they partnered with CCTV and did live broadcasting of migration some years back, I started to dream of Africa since that time. Sino Africa Safari is really an impressive safari company, we were totally amazed by their professionalism, quality of their cars and their drivers. Now I understand why Ctrip use them as service provider locally, and why many Chinese people book them.

Educational Wildlife Tour 一Very Special
Sino Africa Safari organized an educational wildlife tour for my family, it was so much fun, and we all enjoyed. We had boat safari, walking safari, balloon safari, night game safari, bush dinner experience, Masai culture experience and riding safari-WOW! I could remember that our family had great expectations for the journey, and at no point we were disappointed. In fact, they exceeded our expectation. The most beautiful two-week safari in Kenya - just perfect!
Everything went great, from the booking and preparation to the end of our trip. We have seen many beautiful places and animals of course - hiking in Mount Kenya NP, game drive in beautiful Samburu NP and Sweetwater's Wildlife Sanctuary, relaxation and recreation on Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha, and finally the magnificent Masai Mara.
The accommodations were all very good and the food was excellent. A big thank you to our super driver/guide Patrick, he has kept calm in all situations and always brought us safely to the destination. We will definitely come back as soon as possible, there are still many places to visit in Kenya after our second trip, but above all the warmth and kindness.

12 Day Safari in Tanzania and Kenya
It was our first time on a safari, and it couldn't have been better. Indeed, it was lifetime experience for us. Amazing Safari and Mara Fairmont was the best hotel
We don't have enough words to express how amazing our safari was, much beyond our expectations! Sino Africa Safari is professional from every detail, they don't miss anything. Our safari guide Solomon was extremely knowledgeable and provided the best service. We saw all types of animals because of his effort. Outstanding Safari
We had an amazing safari with Sino Africa Safari in Kenya. Mr Jong planned our safari for us and he replies promptly, and answered all our questions. Jong listened to all our requests and organized according to our requirements. Our guide Solomon picked us from the JKIA airport and our safari begun. All our hotels were incredible with beautiful views, friendly staff and incredible food. We also would like to say thank you to Solomon, because he was very knowledgble, his patience and welcome made our vocation exceptional. Thank you Sino Africa Safari for giving us the best memories in Africa!

Jong was assigned to be our safari specialist and helped to plan the best itinerary and was totally patience in explaining all questions we had and was amazing!
Vincent was assigned to be our guide for our ten day safari who has been a safari guide over thirty years. He was so professional and with excellent driving skills.
All hotels we stayed were so nice, we especially loved to stay at Mara Fairmont, it was perfect luxury for our family. The rooms are comfortable, super clean, people are nice to us and food was great.
Everything was very well organized by Sino Africa Safari, thank you for the great experience. We wish to be back soon!

Jong did an excellent trip preparation for us!
Sino Africa Safari was excellent from the start, planning stages through the trip. Jong was our safari specialist. He was so patient in replying to us on email, answered tons of questions and tailor made our safari to fit our budget. We would also like to say thank you to Mike who hosted our 9 day safari in Kenya! He was very friendly and took good care of us. His knowledge was unbelievable, took us to many wonderful sights and always managed to get closer to the animals than the other vehicles. We appreciate both of them to give us the best safari.
