We were so happy to choose Sino Africa Safari!
Sino Africa was not our first choice! We decide to go with them because of the way they communicated with us, promptly and straight forward. Indeed, we were right! They are professional, and they arranged a good driver for us! Accommodation was very luxury, we love Fairmont camp. The experience was really good, we are next to Mara River. I want to say to Sino Africa Safari that you are very much professional, the way you care is much beyond of other tour companies. We will visit Africa next time with you, because I don’t have to worry much!
Experienced flood in Kenya and unique safari experience
First of all, we appreciate Sino Africa Safari to help us making the arrangement of our safari! When we had flood around 2am in Masai Mara, we called them, and they responded quickly. Contacted hotel and helped us to relocate to a safer location. On the second day, Chinese Embassy called us to make sure we were okay. It was our first time to receive a call from our government while travelling, we felt everybody were caring about us! Director Mr Le met us when we came back by domestic plane, took us around the city and became our guide on that day! It was really unique safari experience and we were very happy about their reaction when we got emergency, and effort they did to comfort us! Kenya Tour
We were nine people, and we travelled twelve days in Kenya. The service was excellent, nothing to complain. We suggested to the company to increase their salary, because they took good care of us, showed us all animals! Their English was good, and driving skill was professional!
