This tour operator will go the extra mile for his clients.
We did a 3 day safari with 2 night camping with moonlight safari. This experience couldn't be better. It were some of the best days of our life. Everything was wel organise with an eye for detail. The service was excellent and they really find it important. The campingsite was equipped with the best camping materials. The food was really delicious, always a lot to choose from, fresh products and most of it was healthy too. The communication before our trip was quick and effective. And above this our guide was the most enthusiastic, warm and positive person. During the game drives he really wanted us to see all the animals and he went the extra mile for us. So overall you will not regret booking with them. It is worth every penny!

It was Magicial!!! We Booked a whole day Safari with Bogosi (BG)
A beautiful country explored with an amazing guide, Bogosi, and his team
My family and I had such an amazing 10 day safari trip in Botswana with Bogosi, and his Moonlight team. Just incredible. Bogosi and his team, Peter, Billy and George were so lovely, kind and warm. They really made it feel like we were a big family. George's laugh brought us all laughter and Billy's food was divine. We were all in awe of his culinary skills on an open fire, especially his homemade bread. On our last night we got to enjoy a traditional local dish of Papa and Morogo which was special to be able to share at a table with Bogosi. Bogosi was not only so kind and a positive spirit but also an incredible guide. He knew of great spots in the reserves that had the potential for hyenas and wild dogs and we were so fortunate to see both and their puppies! Bogosi was amazing at predicting the animals behaviours and so with his patience we saw 2 week old wild dog puppies which was very special! Despite some long journeys between reserves it always felt like a game drive and an adventure with plenty to see on the way. Bogosi would pick beautiful places to stop for lunch where we could just watch nature unfold with elephants crossing the water, crocodiles sitting on the banks and all kinds of birds flying overhead. Camp was always so well put up by the team for when we arrived after a day of safarying. Warm showers and hot water bottles for night was a lovely touch to the camping experience as it did get chilly at night. All in all I would highly recommend Bogosi and the Moonlight team if you want to experience an amazing safari with a real unique experience of camping amongst wildlife in the bush. Botswana itself felt so special and Bogosi made it even more so.

Magical way to see Botswana and its wildlife.
Having never been on safari before and liking my creature comforts more in my old age, I was rather anxious spending 9 nights ‘budget camping’. However, once settled into the routine of living in the bush, I realised it was the only way to experience living amongst the wonderful wildlife that Botswana has to offer.
We were lucky to have Boghassi, the company owner, as our guide for the entire trip and with three other members of his team, he looked after us extremely well and we felt completely safe throughout.
We were out in the safari cruiser every day for several hours searching for wildlife which we found in abundance. Having an experienced and local guide like Boghassi meant that we were able to locate so many animals including the dens of hyenas and the rare African wild dogs. In fact we were privileged to see a litter of 2 week old wild dog pups. A rare and amazing sight.
The camps were well set up. Each tent had a their own enclosed shower facility and toilet and camp fires were lit for the chilly mornings and evenings. We were extremely well fed, amazing considering there was only an open fire on which to cook. We also gained a good insight into the way of life in Botswana from our camp team and even had the chance to visit a primary school on one of our trips out.
The one thing that would have been useful to have before the holiday is a ‘packing list’ to help decide what to take.
I can only thank Moonlight Safaris for a wonderful trip that will stay in my memory for ever.

Incredible safari. Bogosi knows the animals so well and we saw so much thanks to his great knowledge
Bogosi and his lovely team made the experience so special. We saw amazing wildlife as Bogosi took us to the right place at the right time. There was no luck needed as he knew where to be for the animals. The camps were private and peaceful, away from any crowds. The chef, Billy, was an amazing cook. We had great and varied food that catered to dietary requirements. The vehicle was perfect and we had no issues getting close to the wildlife. Bogosi didn't rush to move onto the next thing and really let us enjoy the wildlife in their habitat. His knowledge of all animals was perfect and he really understood their behaviours so that we experienced the best of it. The tours he organised for us (boats etc) were with equally experienced guides and also private/exclusive.

We loved everything about our stay
We had a 4 days and 3 nights safari with Bogosik and his crew: everything was perfect from the beginning till the end.
It's not a "deluxe" safari, but it wasn't what we were looking (and paid) for!
The food was great, the guides were perfect, we had great time with them.... And nature was generous with us! Expecially in Savuti.
Absolutely recommended

Reliable and budget tour suitable for families
We experienced four-days safari tour with budget camp. It included Savuti safari area that is 5-6hours distance from Kasane and better place if you wish to look out big cats.
GB is a professional host and guide. Their camp was simple but essential things were prepared well. Actually, myself and my kids could sleep well. We are Japanese and very fastidious on sanitation, and they satisfied our hard requirements.
They are so flexible that we could been picked up in Livingstone. Well organized.
I think it is very difficult to find more affordable and reliable tour in the Chobe National Park.

Bogosi is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating.
We did a four day budget safari with Moonlight and definitely got our moneys worth. Our guide was an expert at finding the game and the birds and making sure all of our needs were taken care of. The same goes for his crew.
