Perfect!
We took a 3 days roadtrip to Massai Mara.
Everything was smooth and perfect! Starting from the sales representative to the drier to the team at the camp.
The driver was driving well and one felt secure on the road. He took us on 4 game drives and he was very knowleable about the Mara and her animals.
The camp team was very attentive, friendly and ever ready to take care of us. The food was very good and served under the trees in the open, a unique experience. Our two-year old was looked after so nice and well, it was a pleasure.
The place was very clean and neat!
Ingenral: every cent was worth it!

Great service!
We stayed at Mara Bush Camp - Private Wing in January for two nights and booked a Day Trip to Lake Nakuru with Sunworld Safaris.
The Service was absolutely great! Our driver and guide Jackson made it possible for us to see the "Big Five". Thanks a lof for this lifetime-adventure!

Excellent to work with
We have found yet again that Sun World has exceeded our expectations for a wonderful series of safaris in Kenya.
Despite the difficulties of the covid world, Rebecca, followed capably by Jonina, kept us in mind as we navigated reworking the all details of our complicated itinerary for a second time since we put it off for one year. They worked with us not only before our trip but during our travels. As a tour professional I know how important back office work is and they helped us immensely as we ended up with one traveller needing medical attention in a remote location and then leaving the tour early. Every arrangement was made and followed up on, and any last minute questions were promptly dealt with.
The driver guides!! Such professionals and such amazing people. We really enjoyed Francis, Boni and Simon and they clearly were extremely knowledgeable about their wildlife and parks. More importantly to us, we felt we made good friends that taught us much about Kenya - one reason we continue to return. Boni, especially was so very helpful with our ill traveller, making arrangements for us to find a clinic and ensuring the rest of the group did not miss the elephant mud baths. His patience and caring were so very reassuring.
The accommodations were wonderful places, many we had been to before and several new camps. As always the Kenyan hospitality was top notch - staff are so clearly welcoming and heartfelt. The food arrangements SunWorld made for us at the self catering camps worked extremely well as we knew they would.
We will continue to highly recommend working with SunWorld for any visits to East Africa. And we will be looking forward to our next trip!

Amazing, well organised and delivered our dream holiday.
An amazing holiday, professionally organised and run. We saw everything there was to see. Our guide knew every location we traveled to and where we could potentially find the wildlife. He bent over backwards to make our dream holiday come true. Every place we stayed was top class and the food was amazing. Sunworld was recommended by Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and after contacting Sunworld they asked all the right questions to ensure that this once in a lifetime experience was more and it was. So much so we want to go again and we would definitely go with Sunworld. The vehicles handled the conditions well and compared to some vehicles we saw whilst on safari, theirs was perfect. Carolyn in the head office made sure we stayed at least two nights in each location which is a must, because single nights reduce the chance to see things because nature makes its own timetables. The whole trip was developed around our time frame and budget two years ago and disrupted by Covid. For the last two years we have had to delay and Carolyn has rescheduled without complaining and each time has made sure that everything remained available for us when it was ready to go. Wilson our guide was amazing and has had 15 years with Sunworld and knew so much about animal behaviour and information on every bird and animal you could possibly see.
The greatest holiday ever and at the end of 20 days we were not left wanting to see anything, but we do now want to go again.

Fantastic
Absolutely the best safari company!!! The entire trip ran like clock work. Our travel coordinator, Patricia, had everything planned to perfection.
Our guide Martin was amazing!! We are looking forward to planning another trip with this company and requesting Martin as our guide!
Planning a trip like this from afar through email could be daunting but Patricia made it easy. She was responsive and knowledgeable - all the way around the trip of a life time.
Best choice
We were suggested to choose Sunworld, and we couldn't have a better advice. We organized our Safari from Italy and everything was great

Sunworld Safaris organized a comprehensive, memorable safari that will be our "trip of a lifetime".
Sunworld Safaris put together a most memorable 3 week safari in Kenya which we thoroughly enjoyed. To start, our stay at Hemingway's in Nairobi was the perfect place to get over our jet lag and to enjoy a relaxing two days before embarking on our safari. The food and drinks were excellent and the staff was friendly and super attentive. The highlight was our last dinner there where my wife, Teresa, enjoyed (I helped her) a tower of large prawns. They were delicious, as were all the meals we had there. We almost hated leaving there when we met you for our start of the safari, but we knew the best was yet to come!
We saw the Big 5 many times over plus so many other species from Cape Buffalo, Crocs, Hippos, and so many Antelope from the smallest (Dik Dik) to the largest (Elan). We also enjoyed the company of Monkeys, Baboons, and Hyrax to keep us entertained while at our lodges or luxury tents.
The lodges and luxury tents were all situated in beautiful picturesque locations whether they were on bluffs overlooking vast Kenyan plains or along river banks teeming with Hippos and occasional Crocodiles. The room attendants were very attentive to our requests and made our stay at each camp so very comfortable .... even to the luxury of having padded hot water bottles to warm our beds in the evening. The food at every camp was copious and delicious and was served in beautiful settings, whether under the stars or next to a firepit. It goes without saying that the unlimited drinks added to the ambiance and camaraderie we experienced with guests and staff alike at every site.
The game drivers were all extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and were able to pinpoint strategic spots to position their vehicles to the best possible position to maximize our photo opportunities. One particularly great day on safari was the opportunity to see the migration of the Wildebeests across the Mara, which was just simply amazing! Thousands must have crossed before some Hippos appeared and spooked the remaining Wildebeests into not crossing, thinking what they saw were Crocodiles. On our return from the migration site, our driver spotted a Thomson Gazelle about to give birth. We pulled up nearby and saw the birth of her baby and its first wobbly steps into its new world .... simply breathtaking! Several of our drivers were also able to predict the movement of lions so that they would cross directly next to our jeep during their trek. In one case both a lion and lioness walked along and laid down next to our jeep and seemingly posed for pictures for as long as we desired!
Our visit to the Maasai Village was unforgettable! We had seen these circular villages of the Maasai from our aircraft on the flight into the Maasai Mara, but now we got the opportunity to be in and experience a Maasai Village up close and in person. It is a half day side trip that everyone going to the Mara Bush camps should experience. It is an eye-opening encounter where you are immersed in the Maasai culture and customs which have been their way of life for centuries.
We will never forget all the experiences we had and we have literally thousands of photographs and videos to revisit and remind us of what a wonderful experience we had.

Exceptional in every way!
My family and I went on the World's First Ukulele Safari, in a group of other musicians. Everything about this trip was perfection. Sunworld Safaris really looked after us, from the moment we came off the plane in Nairobi to the moment they delivered us back at the end. We felt extremely safe the entire time as we had the attentive and wonderful staff there for us every step of the way.
The little details were all thought of, the communication before the trip well communicated and during our stay the accommodation and staff at both the resorts we stayed at couldn't have been better. We stayed at Severin Cottages in Nairobi, Mara Bush Camps and Lion's Bluff Lodge. All places were clean, safe and just beautiful with the friendliest of staff. Food was delicious and my 11 year old loved it all as much as we did. There was always fresh drinking water whenever we needed it.
The manageress Michela was brilliant and each of her staff from the drivers, guides, waiters, cooks were all exceptional!
I would highly recommend doing a safari with Sunworld!

Incredible attention to detail, knowledge, and service!
Sunworld Safaris was an excellent tour operator and I would use them every time. Our group had multiple drivers in different locations (Maasai Mara and Lumo Conservancy) and each was a fantastic specialist in various areas (photography, birds, history/culture, etc). The drivers were amazing at handling the terrain and the vehicles were absolutely quality. They made sure we had ample opportunities to see so much and answered every question expertly. I am looking forward to my next safari with them!
