Awesome customers service and customers care, my contact window is Joseph Kuria
Pls allow me to use this oppurtunity to thank Mr. Joseph Kuria.
My family (4 people) was planning the Kenya Safari from end of Jan, 2023, and Mr. Joseph Kuria help us a lot with the itinerary
He started from the climate informaition, and give us a lot of advice about the itinerary arrangement which balance the travelling cost and view point, then the trip advise like USD currency version, plastic ban order, even how much instant noodles I can bring from CN. Everything is helpful to make the best pre-arrangement and avoid misunderstanding since this is the 1st time I visit Africa.
The most Wonderful thing is Mr.Joseph Kuria arranged LMC for our 4 nights in Masai Mara, and that is a 2 rooms suite with a living room, we can enjoy our noon time after morning Safari, have a great rest. That was real a nice memory for us and especially Ms. Mercy, she is always with nice smile, the "sunset picnic suprise" which arranged by Joseph and Mercy, super unforgeetable. All the staffs in LMC are very professional and friendly, the food is awesome and everything is well organized.
And I also apprecaite the support and help of our last day in Nairobi, Mr.Joseph arranged the day room for Sharon which close to airport, and close monitoring about process of checking in and checking out, the customers care which provided by Mr.Joseph shows us the passion for solutoin of Sunworld, I personally do enjoy the communication with Mr.Joseph in the past half year.
Milestone for the past half year:
From Jan to Jul, communication over 6 months
Over +100 mail exchange
14 days customize arrangements of Kenya Safari
Safari in 5 National Parks in Kenya

Magical
A trip to Africa is only as good as the safari company and the guide. Sunworld Safaris delivers on all counts. They listen to what you need, and then create a package that meets those needs. I've used them 3 times and will use them over and over again. Lodgings, food, details - they know it all and make sure you have the best experience. I've heard all their guides are fantastic, but ours is by far the best. Spookily knowledgeable, furiously funny, caring and kind and puts up with older women - I don't even want to tell you his name so he'll be available when I come back. Mwashi - you are special and you make the trip magical each and every time. Thank you from the deepest recesses of my heart - which misses Africa and ellies something fierce.

Professional and helpful in understanding and satisfying your needs
The logistics of the trip were challenging as the two parks which we wanted to visit were not close to each other. Joanne of Sunworld was able to have it well organized and everything went flawless. The service was excellent and the guide very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain animal behaviors and adapt to our photographic needs. He shows passion and pride in his work. I highly recommend Sunworld Safaris .

Sunworld Safaris are simply the best!
We booked an 18 day custom Safari planned by our favorite guide, Bonface Kitonga. We had a couple of requests and left the rest up to him. So it was four of us in his truck for the entire trip. It was absolutely fabulous! Their trucks are first rate. The lodges and camps they book, including some of their own, were incredible. Food and especially service were are the very best. I cannot say enough about how well they took care of us. This is not to mention that Mr. Kitonga is one of the best guides you will find. Loves his job, and it shows. He is constantly on the lookout and we were often the first (and sometimes only) truck on the scene of something animal-wise. Always looking at tracks, droppings, behavior of surrounding animals, scanning the distance, I believe we saw far more than you would with a lesser guide. Sunworld is simply the best!

Another perfect Kenyan experience!
This is the fourth time using Sunworld Safaris to book my guided tour of Kenya. In the past, it was for Americans traveling together with the same itinerary. This year, our group comprised 3 Americans, 1 German and 2 English travelers. We arrived on different dates, did not all go to the same destinations and departed separately also! We all wound up in the right places, at the right times, that we were supposed to be there! What follows is a note I sent to Carolyn, our agent at Sunworld. She was amazing, and was able to juggle our groups needs flawlessly.
"All of the Sheldrick camps were comfortable with friendly accommodating staff. By now, it's like they are family and we are going home!
There was an elephant born at the Ithumba stockades the morning we arrived! Baby Milo to ex-orphan Melia. That was very exciting and Angela made an appearance to check him over. It was nice seeing her again so unexpectedly. Ithumba finally got some rain. Galdessa is so beautiful and breezy, wild elephants crossing the river to visit. Umani is so beautiful and lush, but a few bugs due to the moisture in the air.
Mara Bush Camp is always a joy! Nelson and Joseph were there to greet us. The two men especially, and I also include Donald, do their utmost to make our stay the most comfortable and pleasant time with them. I love to see their smiles and waves when we arrive. I can't say enough good things about them. The food (chef Fred and Eric), the room attendant Antony, Alfred the bartender, Peter our waiter, the askari Simon. Everyone works together for the comfort of the guests.
I can't say enough about Francis! This is my first safari with him. He's friendly and a genuinely lovely, nice man. He went out of his way to help some stranded motorists. He was always early and ready for every activity on the program. His knowledge of nature, wildlife and everything Kenyan were revealed every time he spoke. His guiding instincts led us to some very elusive creatures, specifically a leopard named Bahati! We had a very long day yesterday driving to see some friends a distance away. He maintained a professional attitude even with the news his mother passed away. We were very sorry to hear that. I look forward to having him guide me again.

Incredible attention to detail, knowledge, and service!
Sunworld Safaris was an excellent tour operator and I would use them every time. Our group had multiple drivers in different locations (Maasai Mara and Lumo Conservancy) and each was a fantastic specialist in various areas (photography, birds, history/culture, etc). The drivers were amazing at handling the terrain and the vehicles were absolutely quality. They made sure we had ample opportunities to see so much and answered every question expertly. I am looking forward to my next safari with them!

Exceptional in every way!
My family and I went on the World's First Ukulele Safari, in a group of other musicians. Everything about this trip was perfection. Sunworld Safaris really looked after us, from the moment we came off the plane in Nairobi to the moment they delivered us back at the end. We felt extremely safe the entire time as we had the attentive and wonderful staff there for us every step of the way.
The little details were all thought of, the communication before the trip well communicated and during our stay the accommodation and staff at both the resorts we stayed at couldn't have been better. We stayed at Severin Cottages in Nairobi, Mara Bush Camps and Lion's Bluff Lodge. All places were clean, safe and just beautiful with the friendliest of staff. Food was delicious and my 11 year old loved it all as much as we did. There was always fresh drinking water whenever we needed it.
The manageress Michela was brilliant and each of her staff from the drivers, guides, waiters, cooks were all exceptional!
I would highly recommend doing a safari with Sunworld!

Sunworld Safaris organized a comprehensive, memorable safari that will be our "trip of a lifetime".
Sunworld Safaris put together a most memorable 3 week safari in Kenya which we thoroughly enjoyed. To start, our stay at Hemingway's in Nairobi was the perfect place to get over our jet lag and to enjoy a relaxing two days before embarking on our safari. The food and drinks were excellent and the staff was friendly and super attentive. The highlight was our last dinner there where my wife, Teresa, enjoyed (I helped her) a tower of large prawns. They were delicious, as were all the meals we had there. We almost hated leaving there when we met you for our start of the safari, but we knew the best was yet to come!
We saw the Big 5 many times over plus so many other species from Cape Buffalo, Crocs, Hippos, and so many Antelope from the smallest (Dik Dik) to the largest (Elan). We also enjoyed the company of Monkeys, Baboons, and Hyrax to keep us entertained while at our lodges or luxury tents.
The lodges and luxury tents were all situated in beautiful picturesque locations whether they were on bluffs overlooking vast Kenyan plains or along river banks teeming with Hippos and occasional Crocodiles. The room attendants were very attentive to our requests and made our stay at each camp so very comfortable .... even to the luxury of having padded hot water bottles to warm our beds in the evening. The food at every camp was copious and delicious and was served in beautiful settings, whether under the stars or next to a firepit. It goes without saying that the unlimited drinks added to the ambiance and camaraderie we experienced with guests and staff alike at every site.
The game drivers were all extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and were able to pinpoint strategic spots to position their vehicles to the best possible position to maximize our photo opportunities. One particularly great day on safari was the opportunity to see the migration of the Wildebeests across the Mara, which was just simply amazing! Thousands must have crossed before some Hippos appeared and spooked the remaining Wildebeests into not crossing, thinking what they saw were Crocodiles. On our return from the migration site, our driver spotted a Thomson Gazelle about to give birth. We pulled up nearby and saw the birth of her baby and its first wobbly steps into its new world .... simply breathtaking! Several of our drivers were also able to predict the movement of lions so that they would cross directly next to our jeep during their trek. In one case both a lion and lioness walked along and laid down next to our jeep and seemingly posed for pictures for as long as we desired!
Our visit to the Maasai Village was unforgettable! We had seen these circular villages of the Maasai from our aircraft on the flight into the Maasai Mara, but now we got the opportunity to be in and experience a Maasai Village up close and in person. It is a half day side trip that everyone going to the Mara Bush camps should experience. It is an eye-opening encounter where you are immersed in the Maasai culture and customs which have been their way of life for centuries.
We will never forget all the experiences we had and we have literally thousands of photographs and videos to revisit and remind us of what a wonderful experience we had.
