Amazing

Sovereign Adventures is our go-to travel partner! In particular, we dealt with Sarah. Sarah has a very gentle communication style that lends you to trust her. She has solutions at hand for every eventuality. Her connections with providers are excellent and so she can deliver on any flexibility you may require. We needed to be in the same room with our children, but privately set and she listened to our needs and customized our stay to suit that need. We needed to shop on our way back home and because we had mentioned this in passing, the driver who picked us up was already set to take us into the town. She called to check once we arrived and during the stay she continued to check on us, even during departure. The thing that stands out the most to me in her service is the fact that she takes time to understand her clients-the next time you interact with her, she will have anticipated your needs.
