SPECTACULAR
5/5

We were 4 adult’s traveling and we did an incredible package with Bundox. We started at the Explorer Camp. It was absolutely one with nature. The camp is rustic and you are in the middle of the bush. Our guides and chef were superb. The tents and beds were very comfortable and the food was wonderful. There was a bull elephant that would come by the pool deck area and chill with us in the afternoon I will do separate reviews for the other camps

The best kept secret - discovered!!
5/5

I love nature and are always on the search for authentic experiences, especially when I want to break away" from the "crowds". I have a personal proclivity for less "commercial" lodges and enjoy tranquil and intimate nature experiences. As humans we tend to intrude in nature and thus I enjoy boutique nature camps and lodges with passionate and skilled rangers accommodating smaller groups.

This description fits Bundox Camps / Lodges to the tee.

I was pleasantly surprised by the diversity in accommodation and scenery Bundox offer in the 6-day "Live Wild Plus package, I booked.

Commencing at the Bundox Explorer Camp, guests are immersed in a rustic, close-to-nature atmosphere accommodating a mere 8 individuals. Serene game drives and memorable "boma" evenings set the tone for an extraordinary experience in the heart of the Greater Kruger - Balule Reserve. A diversity of game, coupled with expert guidance for avid nature photographers, ensures unparalleled photographic opportunities.

The journey continues to the newly unveiled Bundox River Lodge, boasting expansive views over the Olifants River from each of its 5 luxury tents. A photographer's dream, the lodge offers not only morning and afternoon game drives but also the chance to capture wildlife moments from the lounge or pool deck. The natural river crossing in front of the lodge provides an exceptional setting for capturing elephants and hippos in their element.

Transitioning to Bundox Safari Lodge, I was presented with a unique blend of optional activities. Standout experiences include the unforgettable Blyde River Boat cruise and indulging in the excellent Spa facilities. Contrasting the all-inclusive nature of the previous lodges, Bundox Safari Lodge allows guests to tailor their adventure.

Bundox Safari Company emerges as my discovery for 2023, offering a genuine retreat from the crowds and an intimate connection with nature. For those yearning for a bespoke and enriching escape, the Live Wild Plus package by Bundox is highly recommended.
