Good service, friendly and knowledgeable driver.
Lovely safari time. Beautiful accommodations. Just sad about the drought conditions, and some animals dying due to lack of green grass to eat. Seeing Mt Kilimanjaro in the distance was beautiful.

Extra miles unique adventures,are relatively cheap and there services are reliable.one thing I liked about them is punctuality and ability to keep there promise.they have good deals and it’s nice to tour with them.

the driver was good and safe knew his stuff in the field always on time it was a clean toyota landcruiser just the job plenty of water provided on the journey
the distances between each venue (national park) were huge but the main roads are good once away from nairobi
the hotels and lodges chosen by the team were all good with proper mosquito nets and sprays and good food and drink .
i would definitely go with this friendly team again

1) A Memorable Safari with Extra Miles Unique Adventures
Our 11-day safari through Kenya and Tanzania with Extra Miles Unique Adventures was a truly unforgettable experience. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly witnessing the Great Migration at the Mara River.
2) Excellent Pre-Trip Planning and Communication
From the outset, the communication with Joseph was exceptional. He was incredibly responsive to our requests, tailoring the itinerary perfectly to our preferences and budget. The detailed itinerary provided was a great resource throughout our journey.
3) Good Value for Money
While safaris are generally a significant investment, we felt that Extra Miles offered good value for money. However, we were slightly disappointed with the quality of the vehicle, especially considering the cost. While it served its purpose, it could have been cleaner and better maintained, particularly the reclining seats which were often malfunctioning.
4) Reliable and Supportive
Extra Miles proved to be a reliable and trustworthy company. The regular check-ins from Joseph were reassuring, and the warm welcome from owner Melissa added a personal touch.
5) Knowledgeable Guides and Diverse Wildlife
Both of our guides were knowledgeable and skilled, securing prime viewing spots for incredible wildlife sightings. However, we felt that there could have been more proactive communication regarding the daily plans and itinerary, especially in Tanzania.
6) Mixed Experiences with Accommodations
The accommodations varied, with some like Embalakai Camp exceeding expectations and others like Country Lodge Karatu falling short. Nevertheless, we were fortunate to witness a diverse range of wildlife, including the Big Five.
7) Overall Recommendation
Despite a few minor shortcomings, we would highly recommend Extra Miles Unique Adventures to friends and family. By addressing the feedback on vehicle maintenance, guide communication, and accommodation choices, they can further enhance their already impressive service.

Best trip ever
The experience of this trip is beyond my imagination! At the beginning, Joseph showed his extremely strong professionalism when he docked with the travel agency staff. The recommended travel routes, vehicles and hotels are the best, and they can also give us a very low price compared with other agencies! Simon, the driver and guide, is also very professional! No matter what animals we want to see, he will promise and then take us to see them that day. We actually saw cheetahs and lions on the same afternoon! At the same time, Simon's driving skills are particularly good, and driving on dirt roads is basically not uncomfortable! This one is highly recommended!

Very reliable travel agency!
Overall, it is a great travel agency. Seamless, well-arranged travel for 8 days and 7 nights.The customer service and tour guide were very attentive and hospitable.There was no trouble during the trip, no discrepancies with the reservation, and customer service upgraded our room for the last two nights.This trip to Africa was very enjoyable and wonderful, I met the legendary African Big Five and restored the dream of "The Lion King" as a child, thank you very much for my customer service Silas and my director George.

Unforgettable wildlife safari in Kenya!!!
The 8 days and 7 nights trip to Kenya was very enjoyable, we went to 4 classic national parks, gathered the big 5 of Africa. Took a lot of great photos during the trip and made a great memory in there.
The salesman Joseph was very enthusiastic to introduce the local situation and made a tailor-made travel plan for us. From the beginning of the itinerary planning, to each stop of the hotel and activity arrangements are very detailed. During the trip, he regularly asked if the arrangement was OK almost every day, and any questions were answered promptly. He also came to the airport to pick up and drop us off when the plane arrived and departed.
The driver Sammi is very good and an experienced tour guide. He picked us up at the hotel on time every morning, very punctual, never late. After all day Safari, he would explain the next day's itinerary and schedule, and then clean the car inside and out. While out on safari, he would turn on the radio before entered the park, and rush to the scene as soon as heard someone found lions and leopard. Sammi showed us all kinds of herbivores, birds and plants. We also talked about the history of each place, the culture, the life of the local people.All in all, we had a very happy time.

A perfect safari in Kenya
I was happy to have the perfect Safari with extra miles. I saw so many animals here, they were so alive and cute. Joseph was amazing, he was very prompt in responding to messages before and during the trip and helped me with a lot of difficulties. In addition, our guide Fred was wonderful, very professional and experienced, showing us all the animals we wanted to see, including lions, hunting leopards and cheetahs, and he was a very helpful friend, taking care of us all the way and answering our questions, thank you very much. While in Masai Mara, Fred told the hotel that it was my birthday and the hotel gave me a complete birthday surprise and I had a birthday cake on the prairie. If you come to Kenya Safari, this is a very good choice and I recommend them to you.
