My family had a wonderful experience with Meander Africa Safaris - they absolutely exceeded our expectations and I would recommend them without hesitation. Wycliffe and Ebby are honest, reliable, deeply knowledgeable and friendly.
Ebby suggested different itinerary options; she was patient, super helpful, responding to all our questions within hours, adjusting our trip, providing lots of hotel and other options, and (once we finally decided) arranging hotels and internal flights between Maasai Mara and Amboseli. Wycliffe brought to my attention that we had overpaid by $200, and we were reimbursed upon our arrival. Meander Africa Safaris driver met us on arrival at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta airport in the late evening, which was great after 24 hours of traveling from the states.
For Eight days Charles drove us to Aberdare, Lake Nakuru, Hell's Gate and Masai Mara. In addition to his impressive knowledge of the countryside, wildlife and the national parks, Charles was friendly, funny and warm. Similarly, Fred was our guide at Amboseli, finding lions, cheetahs and (of course) elephants, as well as explaining the area's remarkable birdlife.
Of course we all await the pandemic to end. When it does, my family is already talking about another trip to Kenya, and our choice - without hesitation - would be Meander Africa Safaris.

Meander Africa Safaris is an Excellent company. very professional, dedicated, courteous, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Evans the driver guide, is the BEST, In, our safari days we saw the big 5 over and over again. we were so close to a lion, [ any closer, we would have to give the lion a MINT for his bad breath]. Wycliffe the tour operator, now a friend, is so professional and to detail. I recommend Meander Africa Safaris as a safari partner to any one aspiring to get the BEST experience for safari in Kenya.

Unforgettable safari in kenya
From the booking and planning to the day of the experience, Meander Africa Safaris ensured our expectations are met courtesy of Ebby the Tour consultant. Everything was well planned and there were so many personal touches with her. Charles Driver guide added to the experience. He answered all our many questions and helped us connect with the wonderful magical Kenya and the Maasai people we spent the day with. We came away with a better understanding of the Maasai culture who reside in Kenya. We sang, made jewelry, and shared stories. Meander Africa Safaris provided us with professionally taken photos for memories of a fantastic and memorable safari and even sent us email thank-you notes following the experience. We would recommend them to anyone who wants to get unforgettable safari to Africa.

We had a spectacular 12 days visit to Kenya organized by Meander Africa Safaris. We visited Lake Bogoria, Lake Naivasha, Masai Mara and Mombasa. Wycliffe helped with every aspect of advising and planning our tailor-made trip, even making last minute changes to facilitate following the flamingos to their new feeding area. Our accommodations and guides (Mike, Fred and Evans) were outstanding; every effort was made to see that our every need was met and that we saw the best sights in our allotted time. I would totally recommend using Meander Africa Safaris for your future safaris to the East Africa!!!

My Memorable Safari experience with Meander Africa Safaris
We had a wonderful 5 nights safari in Kenya. We visited Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara organized by Meander Africa Safaris. The booking process was so smooth, all our questions were answered through emails and whatsapp calls by Ebby. She was so patient and she recommended we stay in a private conservancy in the Mara. Best recommendation ever as we got to enjoy the best game drives in the conservancy with limited jeeps and you get to close view of animals. Our guide Evans was so knowlegeable, in 3 days we had seen all the big five. We saw white Rhinos in Lake Nakuru. Plenty of wildlife in the Mara – it was absolutely wonderful. We even got to visit the masaai village and get to learn a lot about their culture, their dancing and seeing them jump so high was the highlight of everything.
If you are looking to book a safari, book through Meander Africa, amazing people, very proffesional – Fred was always cheerful and made sure we were had a wonderful time during our safari’

Customer sensitive and friendly
My sister and I had an amazing 5 nights safari with Meander Africa safaris. Ebby handled our requests, she promptly provided responses to all our questions and concerns. The level of professionalism was top notch and this made us book through Meander Africa. On the day of arrival we were picked up by Fred - a very friendly guide. He was our guide for the entire trip and he is so knowledgeable and very very cheerful. He is a very good spotter and ensured we got nice photos of animals. The game drives were fantastic. We saw almost all the big five, we managed to see a kill by the cheetars. The camps we stayed in are so beautiful, the food and staff were all wonderful and all made our stay in memorable – in all the parks we visited, that is Samburu, Lake Nakuru and the famous Masaai Mara.

Me and my girlfriend had a fantastic safari in Tsavo and Amboseli with Meander Africa Safaris. We were picked up at the airport by our wonderful guide Evans upon landing in Kenya with the welcome Kits Labelled Karibu Kenya Hakuna Matata. Evans was very knowledgeable on the wildlife and Avery pleasant person. The accommodation was also beyond our expectations. We recommend Meander Africa Safaris to anyone who wishes to make a memorable safari like us. Can’t wait to come back to Kenya again.

It was a superb experience with knowledgeable tour operators
From the initial inquiry and right through the booking process Wycliffe was professional and excellent addressing all our inquires and questions regarding our safari. Mike our driver guide met us at the start and end of our Safari he ensured all our journey went as per the itinerary planned. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made our safari informative and fun, we sighted all the big 5 and several grazers in the plains of Mara not forgetting the Mara River Hippos and crocodiles. Definitely lived up to expectations, superb experience.
