Exceptional hospitality, seamless service, and genuinely wonderful people Bushwillow Travel & Tour
We had the pleasure of using Bushwillow Travel & Tours during the World Relay Championships in Gaborone, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
The weekend itself was a whirlwind, but somehow they managed to make us feel like we truly experienced Gaborone in a very short space of time. We were taken on a wonderful half-day tour around the city by Kabo Block, who was very kind and knowledgeable about the city.
Lesego handled all our transport to and from the athletics stadium and even helped us get into the stadium, which was incredibly appreciated. Being with Lesego felt like being with a friend I had known for years.
What stood out most was how professional, organised, and genuinely kind the team was. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and throughout the weekend we felt incredibly well looked after.
Although our trip was short, they made it seamless and memorable. When I return to Botswana, I will definitely use them again this time to plan a proper holiday and safari experience.

Very organized and luxurious and multiple options about what to do.
Adventure of a life time and I will highly recommend it to anyone who wants to see the wonders of the Okavango Delta. Great overall service and engagement and the food was great too. Lesego organised our holiday trip to Mauritius in 2022. It was so well organised to the smallest detail with a reliable airport shuttle transport. Accomodation was very good with clean comfortable rooms and the food was very delicious. The rooms were cleaShe knows good customer relations and always checked with us to ensure that we travelled well and how we were enjoying the place.

Lesego was absolutely amazing!!
Lesego planned our whole trip to Duke’s Camp in the Okavango Delta perfectly down to the finer details. Helped change up our plans last minute and accommodated all our needs! She was always available when we needed to reach her and was very efficient in getting back to us with our queries.
