An experience to savor for a life time
I had read about several tour operators,narrowed it down to 5 based upon reviews and my own budget and picked Safari Infinity. I am so glad I did that. To this date I am referring and encouraging any one who expresses a desire to go to Tanzania to go with Safari Infinity.
What impressed me initially the promptness with which my emails were answered. I swear they never sleep ! They were also very honest about what is possible. They did not try and steer me towards higher end or lower end options unlike another operator. They respected and valued all my wishes, answered all my thousand and one questions.
Lucia met me at the hotel the day we arrived in Arusha. She was very professional,attentive and personable. I felt at ease and knew that my family and I were in good hands. Eric our guide,driver and friend for the next 7 days was amazing. To the very last day it never ceased to amaze us how he could identify a blip on the horizon as a Lion. To be honest that blip was almost imaginary,so fleeting and so remote yet it materialised into a magnificent creature. If you do take a trip with safari Infinity, ask to go with Eric. You will not be dissapointed.
Ours was a 7 nite,private tour. we visited Tarangire, ngorongoro and central serengeti. Wish we could go again.

Safari Infinity - a good experience
We planned a 6-day long Safari Infinity to Tanzania, and very much enjoyed it. It took us a while to finalize the itinerary, and Augustine was patient through the process. We were nervous about making full payment upfront, but didn't have any issues once we were there. I would have appreciated some more transparency in the pricing though. Eric, our guide, was courteous and knowledgeable - he carried books containing pictures and scientific names of the various birds and plants. He was accommodating of most of our requests; one our last morning in Serengeti I expressed the desire to see a male lion. Eric duly delivered - after quite a bit of driving around, we caught a glimpse of a male lion up close near its pride. Later in the trip, we witnessed a mother leopard and its cub eat a stork, and also a cheetah and cub take down a wildebeest calf. He also put us at ease about staying in tented camps - we were nervous about hearing the animals close at night, but it all turned out well. Our Toyota Land Cruiser was regularly stacked with water and soda, and the trip went very well.
Amazing, Lucia and Simon took care of us from the first email to the last goodbye
If anyone had asked me if I wanted to go to Africa I would have said I had given it no thought at all! Then my daughter was the lucky recipient of a Safari trip prize from Safari Infinity....from that moment we thought of nothing else. Lucia and her staff went above and beyond any expectations to ensure we had the best experience ever. Our accomodations were wonderful, breathtaking in some instances, and we had the best "safari guide" in Kelly. From the moment we exited the airport we were looked after, and on the drive to Arusha learnt many things about the area and the culture from Kelly. Once the safari was underway we were completely blown away but the sights, smells and wildlife we were exposed too. It's hard to describe the first time you set eyes on and elephant, see a lion pride feeding off a recent kill, we saw a tiny lion crawl into the exposed rib cage and the lioness and a young male lifted the rib cage up and there was this tiny little lion staring at us only a few feet away. Kelly made sure we covered as much area as possible and we saw so much wildlife, cheeta's, leopards, lions, I could go on and on but truly this was a great adventure. We stayed in Arusha for 5 days after our safari and STILL Lucia made sure we had all we needed and Kelly drove us to see different things. We were truly blessed to have this experience and if anyone asked me if Africa was on my list I would say that it is never out of my heart and long to see it again with Safari Infinity, a truly first class company. A wonder-filled adventure in Tanzania
The idea for a safari began when my wife received a brochure from her undergraduate college of a school-sponsored trip to Africa. She was surprised to learn that I was agreeable to go on a safari. After reviewing several companies online, we quickly decided on Safari Infinity because of their excellent response to our inquiry. Lucia was quick, informative and detailed in her responses. She was patient and understanding in answering our many questions and helping us design a trip that met our desires.
The safari itself was extraordinary. Lucia and Simon met us at our hotel in Arusha to preview the trip. We spent a relaxing day in Arusha to recover from our long flight. The day included visiting a local orphanage and shopping at an outdoor crafts market. Our Safari included visits to several national parks and a wilderness area, each with its own distinctive geography and assortment of wildlife. Kelly, our guide was remarkable in his knowledge of animals, the landscape, African culture, and information about the different tribes. His English was excellent and we had many enjoyable conversations. His ability to spot wildlife was uncanny. Among the highlights of the trip was seeing a mother lion nursing 3-week old cubs, a mother cheetah sharing a kill with baby cubs, and leopards hunting. We saw 20 cheetahs, a smaller number of leopards, rhinos, hippos, and more lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife than we could count. Our accommodations in tented camps were always comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food good. We ended with two wonderfuL days at a luxurious organic farm in the highlands. Before we left, we recapped our trip with Lucia and Simon who met us at our hotel. As I have shown pictures of our trip to friends, colleagues, and family, almost all of them have the same comment-"the trip of a lifetime." It truly was. My wife and I have traveled abroad extensively over the past 46 years and have dealt with many excellent travel agents. Lucia and Simon are among the best, if not the best. If we return to Africa, and I hope we can, they will be our first choice to arrange the trip.

A Once-In-A-Lifetime Experience that I Want to Repeat!
My husband and I, along with our 25 year-old son did a 8-night safari with Safari Infinity. Lucia was very quick to respond to all our questions and desired changes when planning our itinerary. That brought a lot of comfort. When we arrived, our guide Thadei became part of the family very quickly. Our jeep was in very good shape, excellent binoculars were available to us, and all-in-all I couldn't imagine a better experience. We went to Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, the Serengeti and Tarangire. All our accommodations were delightful. We saw the Big 5 and more. I would go with Safari Infinity again in a heartbeat. You cannot go wrong with Safari Infinity
Full disclosure: we knew Sam and Lucia Kombe personally before coming to Tanzania, which is why we had no problem putting our safari experience completely in their hands from day one. We requested semi-luxury accommodations and a taste of the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, but other than that, we just brought our luggage and open minds and let Simon and Lucia take care of the rest, which they did with great knowledge and sensitivity.
One thing that sets Safari Infinity apart is the quality of their guides. An experienced guide himself, Sam understands the importance of employing only the best talent, treating them fairly and respectfully, and trusting them to make informed decisions in the field. This makes a huge difference. We met several of Safari Infinity’s drivers, and talked to them about their studies, experiences, and passion for the bush; and every one was imminently qualified and filled with humility for the nature of their profession.
Fasal was our guide. More than just an excellent driver (the roads can be treacherous), Fasal was an able mechanic, a scholar of native flora and fauna, an expert tracker, a master of languages, and a keen and patient observer of behavioral patterns, both animal and human. Fasal was sensitive to even the slightest indicator of discomfort, be it dust or dehydration, and moved swiftly and deftly to rectify the situation. He was playful and fun and always set you at ease. Furthermore, nearly all the other drivers knew him, and greeted him with a friendly and sincere respect.
Below is the itinerary of our safari: a short but sweet four-day, three-night affair.
Day 1 > Arusha > Tarangire> Ngorongoro Farmhouse.
Day 2 > Karatu > Serengeti > Kati Kati Tented Camp
Day 3 > Serengeti > Ngorongoro > Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge
Day 4 > Ngorongoro Crater > Arusha
Lucia also arranged for us to spend a weekend in Zanzibar, which was absolutely fantastic.
Lucia and Sam are truly dedicated to providing the best service. There were many “special treatments” we thought we were receiving because of our friendship, only to learn later that they do these things for everyone! Our trip allowed us to see a bit of the operational side as well as the client’s point of view, so we can attest to how hard everyone at Safari Infinity works (sometimes into the wee hours of the morning) to make everyone’s trip a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We were constantly amazed at the extra acts of kindness that they offer, not only in service to their clients, but in giving back to the larger community as well. You cannot go wrong with Safari Infinity.

amazing experience!!!
Me and my family have spent a great holidays in Tanzania on February 2014. Our choice was the Safari Infinity because of plenty of great reviews on a Tripadvisor forum. And soon I've knew that it was the best choice. From the first email I've experienced nothing but absolute professionalism, helpful advises, I felt that someone really takes care about my holidays. I have written plenty of emails to Augustine and thanks to him our primary plan was wisely modify and we could have our perfect trip. We have spent 4 nights at safari - 3 at tented camps and 1 in a lodge. I definitely prefer the tent! You can have an amazing time listening to the sound of the savannah during a night! Our driver Eric is a very good guide and thanks to his experience we have seen more than we expected - cheetahs mums with their cubs, leopards, lions, hyenas hunting. We had an amazing lunch at picnic side among herds of wildebeests, zebras. Staying at Arusha we had a chance to meet Lucia and Simon, they really take care about their clients. It makes me feel comfortable and safe - two things important when you are going so far away from home. With Safari Infinity the safari trip can be your lifetime experience and they can make your dreams come true! Next year I plan to visit Tanzania once again and only with Safari Infinity.

Best experience in my life!!!
Our family spent 9 months planning our trip to Africa.
I had researched every tour operator I could find on the Internet. When I contacted Lucia, from safari infinity, I knew this was it. From the start, Lucia was so kind, patient and informative. I was able to reach her for any question within a day.
I must have changed our itinerary 50 times, and Lucia never seemed to mind a bit. Her attention to detail and commitment to find the best trip for us was amazing.
In addition, we were also looking for a place where we could live and volubteer before our safari. Lucia put me in touch with Foot2Afrika, where we lived and worked for 3 weeks before our safari.
I think what impressed me most, was its one thing to plan a trip as remotely as one has to when going to Africa, yet it's unbelievable to then go on that trip and everything comes out even more perfect than you'd expect. This was our experience with safari infinity. From the moment kelly, our safari guide, picked us up from Foot2Afrika, our entire trip was perfect!!!!
Kelly was so sweet, hardworking and incredibly knowledgable. We were on saferi for 8 days, and each day we were in our jeep from 6-6. Kelly seemed to be as excited as us at each thing we saw. Because of Kelly's determination and patience, we got to see 2 leopard kills... One of them only 5 feet away from us.
We loved Kelly and laughed a lot and learned a lot from him. We mostly loved his knowledge and respect for the animals!
In addition, Lucia and Sam make a point of meeting everyone of their clients either before or at the end of their trip. I really loved meeting Sam and Lucia because they really feel like friends who truly care about your safari experience.
They are an amazing couple and am so thrilled to have gone on safari through safari infinity. We are planning on returning in 2 years to safari with them again, and an additional thanks to them for introducing us to Foot2Afrika which was equally life changing. I have and will continue to recommend safari infinity to anyone who wants that perfect safari experience!!!!

AMAZING Personalized Safari Experience!!
We had the pleasure of experiencing a short 3 day safari with Safari Infinity and had the trip of a lifetime. The amount of time that we had was maximized by the expertise of Lucia, Simon and our guide Kelly, who were all able to personalize the safari for us. Right from day one when we were first in contact with Lucia, to the booking of our flights and accommodations, Kelly meeting us at the airport (patiently waiting while we were hung up in customs for over an hour), to the safari itself, there was nothing but professional, kind, and genuine interaction with all involved. Kelly's vast knowledge and expertise allowed us to see more in 3 days than most would expect to see in a week or more as he guided us through the beautiful Tarangire, Ngorogoro Crater, and Serengeti parks. There are certainly not enough words to describe our entire experience with Safari Infinity and we are excited to think of the time that we may be able to return and spend more time with the wonderful friends that we were able to make there. Thank you Lucia, Simon, and Kelly for this truly amazing safari!
