Amid the Covid 19 pandemic, Royal Private Safaris enabled my family to experience a normal life.
Our planner and team at Royal Private Safaris pulled together an amazing trip in a challenging environment - during the Covid-19 pandemic. The pricing was very reasonable, given the customized experience. We loved our entire experience ( the sights, food and the people we met). Amboseli National Park is not one of those places that you visit only once, rather it is the type of place you return to again and again. We intend to do that again soon and I will entrus Royal Private Safaris to plan this for me and my family

Amazing experience
Since my first ever experience with safari bookings, I have never looked elsewhere, no lose link in communication,and Incase of change of plan, you are notified just in good time. The safari tour was awesome,the tour guide seemed to know the nitty gritties of the jungle which made everything about it even more interesting. I miss you guys, planning to have one more this year with mum & dad.

Amazing experience which I must repeat this and every other year without a doubt.
Many seasoned tour operators have organized my holiday previously but Royal Private Safaris outdid them all. Their communication is timely and accurate. Most issues were addressed even before asking. I had all the information I needed sent on email and a day before the trip, I was called by one of the staff and we went through the email to ensure that I had all the information I needed. Moreover their customer care is excellent. Staff were courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful.
Our trip to Amboseli was simply amazing. The vehicle was very clean, well driven and had all the signs of top notch maintenance, with fully stocked First Aid Kits. Our trip to Amboseli National Park was well tailored to suit our requirements and our four days stay was a magical experience which we shall definitely repeat. Isaac was our guide and his vast knowledge impressed us. Our expectations were exceeded and yes...we got more than we paid for.
I highly recommend them for small groups and solo travelers. You can never go wrong with Royal Private Safaris. Try them, you will definitely love the experience.

From the arrangements, documents, talking to your Nairobi office, to the warm welcome everywhere in the hotels and lodges, the hands-on approach of your team and the pampering we received! Very professional, very informative, and includes cultural tours of Kenya
Communication was excellent, knowledge extreme, and they helped design a safari package specific to what I wanted, which made the experience all that more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Isaac and his team as a safari company, as most of the major tour companies do not give you the personal services offered by Royal Private Safaris. I would not hesitate to book again with them, and found my experience was even better than expected. Very knowledgeable about what is good to go to at specific times of the year, and also includes cultural tours of schools in the slum of Nairobi as well as visits to villages in the country side as well as stops at Maasai and Samburu Villages which is a once in a lifetime experience. Do yourself a favor and book with Royal Private Safari.

I would only use this safari company when I travel to Kenya
I have been on safari with Isaac Okumu, of this safari company, three times. Certainly an indication of my satisfaction is that I am currently booking another safari with this company, for myself and my granddaughter, in July, when the pandemic is manageable. The opportunity to see the beautiful animals with a skilled guide is beyond wonderful, and certainly met my expectations. The guide and his driver are both knowledgeable and know when the good times and places are to spot the wildlife; so actually you get two guides instead of one. There is an opportunity to request the level of accommodation that fits your budget. I generally ask for permanent tented camps and a resort at the various game parks.
An additional plus for me is that this company is locally owned, so the money for the safari goes into the Kenyan economy. Additionally Isaac Okumu is very knowledgeable about Kenya's history so I have learned much when going on safari with him. Additionally he is very invested in a local school which helps slum children, and this is very important for me. I have enjoyed bringing school supplies for the school, and the children are happy to receive these.
