Perfectly organized excellent Safari Experience in Kruger and Sabi Sands
Had an excellent week Safari in Sabi Sands and Kruger, which is a great combination for wildelife viewing.
Rochelle organized everything for me from Johannesburg Airport and back, and was very helpful with her quick responses while planing my trip beforehand. Even after a short term change of my arriving day, she was just amazing rebooking the whole trip in short time!
The service, hospitality and quality of the Lodges were incredible and beyond my expectations. I had a lot of really good wildlife sightings and very knowledged and experienced guides.
Looking already forward to my next trip with SafariLife!!!

Rochelle was really friendly and helpful, providing a detailed itinerary.
We had an amazing time on our SafariLife tour as part of our honeymoon. Rochelle couldn't have been more helpful and everything was so well organised. She took care of everything so we could just relax and enjoy the experience. Both the Sabi sands and Kruger game drives were fantastic and I would definitely recommend doing both as well as the bush walk. The staff at both Langa langa and Umkumbe were excellent and made us feel so welcome, in particular, Silence and Believe. The food at Langa langa was fantastic and the rented accommodation very comfortable. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience with all expectations met or exceeded
I booked a two night visit to Umkumbe Safari Lodge at Sabi Sand and one night at Langa Langa Tented Safari Camp/Lodge, flying in and out from Skukuza. The pick-ups, transport, accommodation, meals, staff, cleanliness - just everything - were great. The safari guides were really pleasant, experienced and knowledgable, particularly Jurie at Sabi Sand. I slightly preferred Umkumbe as I could watch the animals all day at the lodge and the guides were able to move off the roads to get better views. I strongly recommend having a guide and a safari wagen as the guides communicate and know where the animals are located. The wagons are higher than cars so spotting is easier. Rochelle at SafariLife answered all my queries quickly and supplied all the information I needed. Just wish it hadn’t rained so much as the pool at both places would have been more inviting, but thanks for the ponchos in the wagens!

Rochelle answered all of my questions very quickly and very diligently, asked me how everything is going during the activity time, coordinate with the lodge owner, and just made sure everything is perfect. I highly recommend!

One of the best things we have ever done
From start to finish it was brilliant
Rochelle was so helpful and explained everything well
We did a 2 night safari at both Kruger and Sabi Sands
The trip out from Johannesburg was using a company called City bug and the were very comfortable
We were met by our game ranger Frans who was from Katambora Safaris who drove us into Kruger and to our first camp
After a bit of lunch off we went on our afternoon game drive
I cannot recommend this guy enough, his passion for animals and conservation was evident and we learned so much. That afternoon we saw so many animals including elephants giraffes zebra Gdu hippo buffalo and so many more and as we were heading back to the lodge saw an amazing pack of wild dogs with their pups
After a comfortable night we set off for another drive with Frans and he found us more of all the above and lions and also the elusive Leopard!
We then transferred to Sabi sands in Umkumbe River Lodge which was amazing
After lunch we went out for an afternoon/ evening game drive and they found us Rhino to complete the big five and more lions
Stopping for drinks with the sunset was so memorable and driving through the reserve was excellent and back for a very nice meal
All the staff at the lodge we lovely and the room was beautiful, they even decorated our bed with flowers for our anniversary
Another early morning game drive with a coffee stop and loads more animals then back to the lodge for a delicious breakfast
After checking out we were picked up by our driver for the Panoramic tour stopping at gorges, gods window and potholes for outstanding scenery. Then back to Johannesburg
Outstanding brilliant and highly recommended

Trustworthy, Reliable, Outstanding Communications, Truly Exceptional!!
Probably the best organised trip/adventure we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing (and we have travelled extensively) and its all thanks to Rochelle. Absolutely nothing was too much hassle for her and she answered every question at speed.
Everything worked like clockwork, from turning up in Johannesburg and all transfers being organised, all the way to the Safaris and accommodation (which was some of the most beautiful we have ever experienced)
Even during the trip, she took the time to wish my partner her a happy birthday and hoped we were having a fantastic time!
The safari was a life altering trip and as a well travelled couple we thought we had seen nearly everything....thankfully we were wrong and it turned out to be perfect. What's not to enjoy about following a Leopard in the dark, only feet from your vehicle or watching Hyena walk past your accommodation at 11pm at night. Truly truly amazing!
Thank you so much Rochelle (SafariLife) for everything you done. What a tour operator, one of the best if not the best!!

Really great safari, efficiently planned and managed
SafariLife put together a wonderful safari experience for us, beginning in Kruger, moving on to Sabi Sands, and concluding with the Panorama Route tour from both the road and the river. While game reserves are great, there's nothing quite like being in Kruger with large herds of animals, especially elephants and buffalo, the experience of which far transcends seeing just one or a few of these animals on their own. SafariLife set us up with us a terrific guide, Percy, who found us a white rhino, which is rare, and had the sense to hold still after seeing a hyena booking it across the road because he knew lions would be close behind; indeed, three lionesses appeared after a few minutes! The housing at Skukuza in Kruger is basic but more than adequate, especially since we were spending the vast majority of our time on game drives. There are a couple of good restaurants there; we especially recommend the Kruger Station Restaurant. Our visit to Umkumbe Bush Lodge was a much posher affair, with excellent food, sumptuous lodging, and extraordinarily attentive hosts. It also afforded us the opportunity to see things that are very hard to see in Kruger, especially African wild dogs and leopards. Teas and coffees in the morning and a cocktail in the evening in the bush on game drives was a special treat. Lucky, our guide for the rest of the trip, took us along the Panorama Route, which shifts the focus from fauna to flora and unique geologic formations. It's worth taking the time to see these, as they are really breathtaking. We especially appreciated seeing the Three Rondavels from both above on the road, and below, on the boat cruise. SafariLife took excellent care of us, and we've already recommended them to friends considering trips to South Africa.

Unforgettable Experience
Safari Life organised a fantastic 8 day safari for us in Sabi Sands private reserve. We stayed at three different lodges which were comfortable and luxurious but all within our budget. This was a bucket list trip for my partner who will be 70 soon and exceeded our expectations. We saw all of the animals, including the Big 5 and so much more. Everything went smoothly with regular communication ftom our consultant, Rochelle. Thank you so much! This service is highly recommended. Unforgettable experience.
